It was such a hit! Sit Still made it easy from the start by having easy-to-use online scheduling. I was able to get an appointment for the weekend. Shortly after arriving -- after trying to get my son to ignore all the fun toys that are for sale too -- my son was asked to pick out a "race car" chair. He was immediately excited. And I was asked if I would like a water or iced coffee. Well don't mind if I do! Brooklyn, our stylist, started by showing my son the tablet on the car, so he could pick a Disney show to watch -- another nice touch. And she got to work. It wasn't long before she was cleaning him up. My son also got a sucker. He was living his best life. And he looked so handsome (though I may be biased). As a first time customer I won't be returning. I had made an appointment well in advance. I was…read morethere 15 min before the appointment started, and checked in, and then proceeded to wait at least 40 minutes after the appointment was scheduled for (I understand sometimes you get behind) another child and parent had walked in after I had already been sitting there waiting. Sitting by the desk I over heard that customer was a walk in and didn't have an appointment time. The stylist at this point was still cutting another child's hair. When the stylist was finished that child's hair, the child that had walked in had been taken back before us and at this point I had been waiting 40 min. So I asked the staff at the desk who looked at me like they didn't have a clue what was going on. I showed them my conformation text verifying I had an appointment time that was well past already. I said you know what I can come back another time, I have other things I have to get done today. One of the front desk staff walked back to tell the stylist that we had an appointment (which, if you have a schedule you would have known you had an appointment) and the stylist left the other child in a chair and came to get my child and myself. first of all how uncomfortable that situation was, especially for the first time. Second my child was already afraid of getting a hair cut. The stylist didn't apologize or say anything to me about the situation. She spent less than 5 minutes on my child's hair and didn't want it cut short (wanted to keep it longer) I said it was good at that point because I didn't want it to get be any worse than it already was. The fact was that it was very uncomfortable situation to be put in and then to not even be well taken care of after that. The icing on the cake was paying 25$ on a hair cut I could have done better myself and saved my money. No one tried to apologize or explain or even say anything. Truly unprofessional experience especially a place for children. Sent this also to the Company in a survey with no response. do not take your children here trust me, it's not worth your time, or money.

From the moment you walk in, the salon feels open, spacious, welcoming, and inviting. Tim's cutting technique is unlike anything I've experienced before. His attention to detail, precision, and ability to create a style that truly works for you is phenomenal. You can immediately tell he takes tremendous pride in his craft. What really stood out to me was seeing one extremely nasty review that seemed completely out of place compared to all the others. Out of curiosity, I looked at that individual's other reviews and, as expected, they were consistently negative and horrific across the board -- which completely discredited the opinion for me. Tim is absolutely exceptional at what he does. In fact, I've already booked appointments with him for the rest of the year because I can't afford not to be on his schedule!
