Dr. Ramtin rocks. I drive all the way over there to see him despite having dozens of dentists around. He caring, and is not there for the $! He is not the typical dentist that will charge you a ton of money for X rays, a ton of money for fillings, anesthesia, cleaning, etc. The other day, a little piece of one of the composites he made broke, and he fixed it at no cost at all! I am so glad I found this place after the horrible experience I had at the dental office my insurance had set me up with. I ended up finding this office through Yelp. I read all the reviews and called my insurance provider to switch me to this dental office. BEST DECISION EVER!! My experience was a 10 out of 10 from beginning to end. The girl that first greeted me and took down all my info was very nice, she knew what she was doing. Since it was my first time the waiting time was a bit longer but nothing like an 1 hr wait at the other place I was at before. Once I taken back, the dr explained everything he was going to do and why he was going to do it. I needed a deep cleaning. It ended up being $170 total. He ended up doing my cleaning. He was very careful and precise and made sure I was comfortable. He was really easy to talk to and I truly felt like I was in good hands. I called Dr. Ramtin's office looking for a consultation for a complex dental procedure for which I already had multiple consultations with other doctors to my dissatisfaction. It was not looking hopeful. Maria answered my call (30 mins before close on Friday) and was the friendly and encouraging voice I needed. She answered all my questions, was so accommodating, and I didn't feel rushed! My consultation was scheduled soon after with Dr. Ramtin. When I arrived, the entire staff was professional and friendly. Dr. Ramtin was respectful and hospitable. He discussed all my options with me thoroughly and we discussed our course of action. I felt comfortable with him and the treatment plan. I decided on the spot that he was the dentist I was looking for. I made an appointment and was lucky enough to be seen by Dr. Ramtin and his assistant Jennifer. It turned out that I needed 3 crowns and fillings. I expressed my concerns with anesthesia and the doctor was cool with me not getting it before the procedure. From the moment I walked in till the moment I walked out there customer service was on point. Had a procedure done and I was provided with the doctors personal cell phone number for any issues I may have after. Didn't even have to call because he was the one who called me. Now what dentist does that? Always hesitated to go to a dentist as I always felt they were going to charge me an arm and a leg for everything. This is an honest dentist and will work with your insurance and will only recommend what is needed. Dr. Ramtin and his team are the best! They're very accommodating, patient, outstanding and overall welcoming. I dread going to the dentist in general and get a little anxious, but Dr. Ramtin and his team made me feel comfortable. I had several visits the past month and a half with them. My first initial visit, I came in to have my teeth (2) checked out for a root canal. Sadly one of them had to go. I was checked in for an emergency extraction. He made my extraction pain free. I was prescribed 2 different kinds of meds, antibiotics and ibuprofen. I didnt even need ibuprofen that whole week! Second visit was to just see if socket healed properly. Third visit was for my root canal! I was very nervous to get it done since ive heard root canals can be painful. However, Dr. Ramtin also did an AMAZING job! He was very gentle and made sure I was comfortable and okay throughout the whole procedure. I left the dental office pain free! No over the counter meds needed! Last visit was today where I had my crown placed. He made sure if the crown sat comfortably in my mouth and took the time to adjust it. Crown fit perfect after. My overall experience was fantastic with this team! I would definitely recommend them to anyone! A plus is that Dr. Ramtin gives his contact info to you just incase anything happens or have questions! Which other dentists do that?! Wait time isnt bad compared to other dental offices. They patiently work with you on your insurance to see what payment works best for you. Very clean office, staffs always smiling and always in a good mood. I can see why theyre the best in the valley! Dr. Ramtin is a great dentist. He is friendly, professional and caring, but more importantly he is honest and highly skilled. This was confirmed to me because I had to follow up with an oral surgeon and they agreed with his decisions both times. He had the opportunity to "up sale" me a couple of times, once when I had tooth pain and another when I needed to have a tooth removed, but he did not. In the first case I had tooth pain, which he stated was just normal pain after a filling (which eventually went away), and in the second case I needed to see an oral surgeon. I have seen Dr. Ramtin many times, but this two instances stood out for me. The dental hygienists are fast and friendly. The front desk staff is absolutely fantastic when it comes to scheduling and dealing with billing and insurance processing and the wait is always reasonable. I'm glad I found Dr. Ramtin and it feels great knowing that I have an honest and highly skilled dentist. Thank you. read more

Ever since I was little I always hated going to the dentist. I knew my teeth needed a lot of work and decided that today would be the day to actually try to improve them. I was very nervous because of the previous experiences I had in my younger years with other dentists. I was expecting to be directed into a dark room in the back and them telling me that there was no hope for my teeth and that the procedures will be painful and costly. Honestly I'm glad that I had made the right choice in visiting a new smile dentist group. They actually care about your well being. They made making an appointment easy along with the paper work. The moment I came in they were welcoming. Still nervous thinking that they weren't going to go in depth of what they were going to do and just went straight on with the deep cleaning, but they actually took their time with me making sure that I understood what was going on and how I can fix it. It's going to take some time for my teeth to get to where their suppose to be, but I am actually excited to go back for my next appointment and hope that I improved a lot more than today. This is not the typical scary dentist I was used to. From the minute you walk in the receptionists are super friendly and willing to help you immediately. The doctor is amazing. He walks in and asks about you how you're doing and gets you know you as a human being not just dollar signs. Even when he's not the one that does the work on me, he goes in the room and has a conversation with me which you don't see in any clinic. When the doctor numbs you YOU WONT FEEL a thing he has "hands of gold" which we joked about. During my first visit, not exaggerating, he spent over 15 minutes explaining my X-rays and answering every single question I had no joke! His staff is friendly and more than willing to help you feel comfortable by putting on Netflix (yes Netflix) on the pretty big tv they have on EACH room, by telling you exactly what they are working on, or if they're moving you chair down, etc. I felt like a patient that was being well taken care of! Definitely will be going back for my cleanings and yearly visits! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! read more

I had this throbbing tooth pain which my previous dentist kept blowing off as being 'nothing.' After complaining to my friends one night out, my friend referred me to her dentist - Dr. Ramtin. I hate going to the dentist, for fear of the pain ahead. Although I was hesitant to trust my teeth to someone new that I didn't know, I bit the bullet and went. His good humor and down to earth demeanor immediately put me at ease and he was careful in making sure I knew what was going on every step of the way and what to expect - pain wise. It wasn't painful at all, actually, and I found a new confidence in going to the dentist!
