I've been looking for a new dentist for a while since my previous dentist retired and I wasn't…read moreentirely pleased with the new staff. I finally decided to give this place a try. I've had dental work done in the past that's had to be redone, and have had my fair share of unpleasant experiences, even during routine cleanings. I've been so sore and in pain for days, unable to properly eat, from just a regular tooth cleaning - I used to dread those appointments. It was very simple to make an appointment online which was already a plus. This place is also about 10 minutes away which was also convenient. The front staff is nice, not rude or condescending like some other places. I didn't have to wait long until I was called in. I had X-rays done, and then the Dr came in and actually spent a good amount of time just getting to know me as a person. After looking at my X-rays and doing a quick exam, he gave me a simple treatment plan for one tooth. He explained everything thoroughly and answered every question I had. I was even able to get my teeth cleaned with Zareh the same day and he was really efficient and gentle - no pain or soreness afterwards at all. I'll be going for my treatment in a few weeks so I'm a little nervous but feeling optimistic. I'll have to update this review after treatment so hopefully everything goes smoothly.

Dr. Patel communicated through the receptionist (possibly office manager). The receptionist came in to explain the dental work that needed to be done. My sister requested to speak with the Doctor since her explanation was confusing, and frankly it's the doctor who should be responsible for explaining what dental work must be done. I was on the phone too to ensure I could also understand. My approach was asking questions to understand. The doctor's approach was condescending and unprofessional. I asked about the work that was done 10+ years ago (not to claim a warranty as he rudely suggested) but to better understand what had been done and understand what my mom needed done now. I had to calmly explain this to the doctor. He then explained my mother needed a bridge. When I asked if he could explain what that was since I was not familiar with that term, he asked me to look it up on ChatGPT. I calmly explained that I would rather receive this information from an actual treating physician than AI or the internet. I'm not sure what the issue is here. Folks come in with questions to try to understand process and cost. This shouldn't be received as an inconvenience. Patients and family shouldn't be referred to AI for answers. Folks with limited English shouldn't be made to feel like they are less than. Dr. Patel, do better! Take some cultural competency classes. If you can't communicate in Spanish, maybe hire professional staff who can explain clearly what's going on. Even your assistant was rude and condescending. This culture is unacceptable nowadays. We hope you treat others with kindness and patience moving forward. Update: As you can see below, Dr. Patel has responded as expected: with a lack of understanding and accountability. As I explained, my sister and I accompanied my mother (me over the phone because I live 5+ hours away) to gather information that we could then explain to her in a language that she can understand. This is about accessibility AND cultural competency. We come from a Mexican collectivist culture, where we value collaborating to support our elders, in this case my mother. If information to us is not explained, how does Dr. Patel expect it to be accessible to the patient? Clearly the staff was not doing a good job of explaining. Oh right, I was asked to look it up on ChatGPT. Dr. Patel, I respectfully suggest that you take time to reflect on this experience and my feedback. I base my review on what my family and I experienced first-hand, not assumptions.

From the moment I…read morearrived, the front desk staff were professional, friendly, and efficient, making a stressful situation much easier. Dr. Wilson was outstanding. He quickly diagnosed the problem and took the time to explain everything clearly using x-rays and a 3D scan. Seeing exactly what was going on and understanding the treatment plan gave me a lot of confidence and peace of mind. I ended up having a tooth extracted and an implant placed. I was honestly amazed at how comfortable the entire process was--it was practically painless. What started as a miserable day with a severe toothache ended with me feeling cared for, relieved, and completely satisfied with the outcome. I highly recommend Dr. Wilson and his team to anyone looking for professional, compassionate, and high-quality dental care. Thank you for turning a dental emergency into such a positive experience!

This office was where I had gone most of my childhood and a few times as an adult. 5 years ago or…read moreso I had gotten cavities filled and a root canal capped at this location. They sent me else where to do the root canal. I came in July to had the cap put back in as it had fallen out after flossing. On the morning of my appointment I was strongly urged to come in as spots in earlier time slots were available. I'm dealing with extreme allergies and can't drive on my medication, which is why I chose to stick with my afternoon appointment. This initially threw me off as I had never been asked to come in early so vigorously. As I get into my appointment I was seated and was told I had 2 cavities and that the dentist would only fill in the cavity next to my root canal as it was in the vicinity. Once it got time to do the cap he was about to place the tooth into my mouth without cleaning it, I should have noticed at this point to be more cautious but felt he was professional so I let it be. I had this tooth filed down perfectly when I had it done there previously. I didn't think I'd need much altering but he had to grind the tooth down several times in order for it to feel right. Immediately after my session was done the dentist practically ran out of the office, I assume it was lunch time for him. Which may be the cause for the next series of events. As I got home I felt the tooth and it seemed off to me, I couldn't explain it. I then noticed that the tooth was put on incorrectly, that the doctor just placed the cap in without rotating it to see if it matched the other teeth. The inside of my teeth where the tongue sits are more round while the side of the teeth that meets the cheek are a bit more edgy. I ate soft food for the rest of that day and afterwords. Avoiding all crunchy things as the dentist is a bit nerve wrecking for me, I flossed a week later for the first time and the tooth popped out with the slightest pressure. I then saw how jagged the filing was on my cap when it was not like that previously. I called to let them know of the situation and they are only able to do cavity fillings and cap placements on Tuesdays. I found this very odd and decided to change my dentist office all together. It may be a good office for some but it was a very unfortunate visit for me. Go here with caution and if they try to make you come in earlier, I would do it so your care is done properly and not rushed.
