It is similar to the popular "ombré" look, yet was blonde on blonde instead of light brown on darker brown tones. I love it! They do a great job on brow waxing also by following the natural shape of your brows vs just making them too thin. They are closed Sunday and Monday, so make sure to call ahead for an appointment because they book quickly! The prices are great and not overpriced for the quality they provide. Big mistake!! My extremely long hair is now two different lengths and it looks like someone took clippers to my hair and stopped at my ears. My hair is ruined. I called when I got home to speak to an owner but they weren't there and I left a message. The next morning around 10, I hadn't heard from anyone so I called back. One of the other girls said the owners would call me later. An hour later the girl who cut my hair called me and gave me attitude and said the hair dresser next to her had 11 years of experience so that should make it better? I just told her to refund my money. An hour after that the two owners called me and said if I wanted the original girl to fix it she could for free but if anyone else needed to fix it they would have to charge. No thanks. I'm done. Hello to pinning my hair back for the next 9 months.
