I never felt any pressure at all, (which made the whole experience that much better). Matt the product specialist was fantastic. He took his time walking me through the car and explaining all of the features so I was confident with everything before leaving. They both made sure all of my questions were answered and didn't rush through anything. We explained exactly what we were looking for etc. we found a car we were interested in but not "set on" we were talking pricing and it kept going in circles. Pricing way too high after we said multiple times it was an unrealistic price for us. I at the time was very pregnant and very hangry. Which I've mentioned, I said aloud to my husband "we should go get lunch discuss and come back" the salesman kept saying "I'll get a better deal" disappeared for an hour. We should have just gotten up and left but not sure why we didn't. He came back with a price still unrealistic just wasting our damn time. He then kept saying "I need this sale I need this sale" and went into his whole life story about his apartment, fiance and cat and tried to make us feel bad for his financial issues. FINALLY after hours we settled on a reasonable price after I threatened to leave because we needed to eat. He said "this deal is off the table if you leave" like ? Really ? You're telling me if we leave and come back you wouldn't offer us the same deal to make the sale you're begging us for? Like we are the ones stuck with the car for you this is just a sale. We did all the paperwork and waited for the car to get detailed as we bought it off the lot. I was just so annoyed and hangry we got the heck out of there once it was ready. We inspected the car and they didn't even detail it!! Marks all over the car, inside the car. The speakers SUCK there is absolutely no sound or base. Only two cup holders, no room for anything. Never getting a Nissan again I am counting down the days to return this POS from Henry and his sweaty hands. Getting a car is such a scam and they make it extremely difficult. Oh and there's been many recalls on my car since getting it. -100/10 id rather watch paint dry all day then experience that ever again

Today was an absolute disaster. We showed up to a 10:00 appointment I made in advance online for an oil change, inspection and diagnosis of some suspension issues. Immediately from walking in Kris Hernandez had an attitude with us. After approving the diagnosis work and service we were left with no update or work on the car for 4 hours. Kris never left her desk in that time to check on us or anyone else. They have a text line for updates except they only respond when they want to. After 5 hours of waiting we finally knew what was going on with the car and not everything was even done. When I said to Kris that no other Honda dealership acts like this she responded with a snobby "I'm pretty sure they do" well, I'm pretty sure they don't as I've used both Advantage Honda in Smithtown and Mariano Rivera Honda in Port Jeff Station and neither one ran like this. Please for your own good use either of those dealers. We are currently 5 hours into this and I'm DONE. I said cancel the repairs post diagnosis because I want to go home. 5 hours and we are back to square one
