Even taking the time to explain what was wrong with the old setup and setting expectations upon installing our smart lock (which still came out great). I've hired several people to do work on my house recently and Peter was the easiest to work with by far. He has actually completed two jobs for me. A couple months ago the key was sticking in the lock and he fixed that for a minimal charge when he could have easily sold me a new lock. Both times he worked around my schedule and showed up on time. He was a total professional, and what's more he was fast--I think it took him a total of 20 minutes to change 3 locks on his second visit. Ok, maybe it was a little longer than that, but not much. I needed my locks changed after moving. Wasn't an emergency or anything, but when I called and talked to Peter at 9:10 he said "I can come by around 10:30, does that work?" (Considering I waited 6 months to change the locks in the first place, yeah! that worked!) Excellent service. I expected it to be crazy expensive, since locksmiths usually have you over a barrel, and I'd heard some horror stories. But Peter from A-Ok Locks came to my apartment some 15 minutes after I called. He did only the work that was necessary without trying to sell me anything fancy, the lock was all fixed after about a half-hour, and the cost was very reasonable.
