The car had a hard start up sound, so I went and had the oil changed. By wednesday 08/21, I had to pay $150.00 for a new chip key. The key stopped working and the alarm would not turn off. By 08/23, I had to buy a new battery for $250.00. On 08/31 (my birthday) the car sounded like it didn't have any oil and the gears were grinding. I texted the Fake finance/warranty number which is a Google Number and let them know that the car was not drivable and needed to be towed. They towed it to another car lot (undisclosed), which I believe is owned by the same company. I gave them the key. The sales person met me on monday 09/02 to get my belongings. Then had the nerve to say for another $500 they could put me in another car...LOL you must be out of your rabbit arse mind. Then finance/warranty text me that if I didn't pay $1100 they would repo the truck. You can't repo a vehicle that doesn't have an ENGINE. They sent threatening text at which time, I was reminded by my attorney, that even the though their is no LEMON LAW on a used car, the car had not been titled in my name. So I contacted the TAG office and this was confirmed. I also dropped insurance coverage on the vehicle. THEY ARE SCAMMERS and should be CLOSED.

Husband stated No we should be ok to drive. Our appointment is with Desmond. When we get there speak with Desmond in his office. The first thing we say is the car is overheating. Talk about some leaks. Desmond says a diagnostic has to be done. Ask about the info Mickeel put in the system Desmond states he doesn't get that information. The people are somewhere in Sandy Springs. That doesn't make sense how would he know what the appointment was about. They say it's a rear coolant leak. Cost $3129.82. Believing what he said about the repair that was causing the overheating. Husband goes to pick up the car the a/c is not working so now we are charged another 736.38 they didn't charge us for the labor $1000. The service tech didn't notice the fan not working had the tech actually done an inspection they would have noticed the fan. It was the fan all the time causing the overheating not a coolant leak. Picking up the car again ask about the overheating and Desmond lied he said they don't get the information from the person scheduling the appointment to say what is going on with the car. Also said we didn't say anything about overheating and that was the first words when we were in his office. So a $1700 job cost us $3700 plus. This is the third time we've had this issue with this service center. Nalley BMW of Decatur GA.

When we started going over the paperwork and stuff, one of the guys that said that he had ordered a fan for that car and it wouldn't be in until Tuesday. Nick, who had taken my money said that if I could give him three hours, he would have the fan fixed on that car and it would be condition and he would even sign a letter stating if anything went wrong with the fan within three months he would fix it so I gave the owner chance I left for three hours after my car was paid for and they called me to come back and get it. I finished all the paperwork I got all my stuff drove off in. It got 3 miles up the road and the radiator exploded car overheated. I turned it around to get straight back to the dealership. Nick, the one that took the money was obviously gone, but the two young guys that were selling the cars were still there. They automatically just refunded my money and that was it.. They didn't say anything else. I feel that that was very unprofessional. There's also another couple there that was highly upset with them over some reason with their car I could tell there was an animosity between the two people there with their car messing up and the owner. Even though the sales guy, the car plug plugged me into the wrong outlet. He was very nice but his merchandise what is Nice is his professional attitude. I do not recommend this dealership because they do not have their cars fixed and ready to go perfectly or they say they do an inspection then they should know that the radiator is gonna blow up if they do an inspection. Don't waste your time.

I have used Decatur Auto Tech 4 separate times for various repairs on my 06' Acura MDX. I have never been happier with the overall service, repairs, and price. All the times I got it serviced it was done in the same day and being a savvy car owner I have verified their prices were the most competitive by calling around to other certified repair shops. The CV Joint repair was almost a full 30% cheaper than the Goodyear place close to my home. I would recommend them to anyone who owns a Honda, Acura, Hyundai. Having a quality and honest mechanic is very important to me. Repairs - Electrical Short - Transmission/differential service - CV Joints replaced - Intake manifold Gasket replacement.

I was quoted $90 for a basic adapter--far above normal pricing. After I questioned it, they agreed to reduce the charge by $60, but only knocked off $30 in the final bill. More frustratingly, part of the reason I agreed to the repair was their assurance that it would restore connectivity to my stereo. It didn't. When I brought this to their attention, their response was dismissive and unprofessional--essentially telling me "tough luck," with no attempt to stand by their work. They also performed services I never explicitly authorized, and only informed me of a $60 increase in the cooling fan price after the work had begun--leaving me with no meaningful opportunity to make an informed decision. What's worse, I couldn't shake the feeling that I was being taken advantage of as a woman. The way I was spoken to, disregarded, and overcharged raised red flags that I believe many women will unfortunately recognize. It was condescending and exploitative. Between the inconsistent pricing, unauthorized work, failed repairs, and dismissive behavior, I left feeling unheard and taken advantage of. I won't be returning--and I urge others, especially women, to proceed with caution.
