One of their drivers hit me to the point where I almost got into an accident and he kept on driving. I followed him to get a plate and I called the company that evening. I was told to call the next morning. Two hours later, I guess after they got their stories straight to lie to the cops, they filed the claim. I called the office again and whoever manages it is rude and disrespectful. It's bad enough, He has a strong accent where you can't understand him, but who answers the phone saying " what do you want?" at 9 AM in the morning. Train your drivers to not hit people, but also to do the right thing if they hit people. And get someone else on the phone because the current person you have on there does not know what customer service is.

Will, from Izzy's Towing, quickly realized the truck he was operating would not fit in the garage but offered to push my vehicle through the parking garage to a point where it could be safely loaded on the roll-back. Other tow companies immediately declined my request for service when they learned I was parked in a parking garage, but not Izzy's. Once Will dropped my vehicle off approximately 40 miles from where I broke down he sent photos confirming my vehicle had been dropped off safely and was where it was supposed to be.
