No accidents, in great shape, unique enough, and best of all, paid off. I've been taking it to Audi Tyson's Corner religiously since 2021 (a phenomenal shop in its own right), but after deciding to sell my beloved S4 on carsandbids.com, I wasn't ready to pony up $6K for the recommended service (carbon cleaning). I shopped around here on Yelp for a better deal and Edwin & his team replied within a day. I was a little sus given I tend to ignore Yelp replies from businesses with no reviews, but Edwin talked the talk so I checked them out on Google. They were on point and looked legit, so I started a convo about what was going on & what ATC recommended, and Edwin came back with a solid quote. From our brief discussions in their small office (hard to find btw but worth tracking them down), it's clear Edwin knows German engines, and even sent me some footage of before/after pix of the cylinders when it was done. When I picked it up, he popped the hood and explained what they did, one of them being a repair that it looks like ATC missed. The car was noticeably more responsive on the drive back to VA, like the first time I drove it. No lag, drag, limp or sputter. I'm headed back in given the check engine light is on (it was the main indicator to this latest problem) but I'm guessing it's an easy enough fix. Edwin said bring it in anytime. I reconsidered selling it for like 3 minutes after returning home, but then realized the roads, drivers, and people of the DMV are some of the worst I've ever seen, so I'm sticking with unloading it. Given the Capitol region has completely destroyed any and all joy I take in driving, I'm buying something that I wouldn't be too upset about when I'm eventually hit by one of the tens of thousands reckless idiot drivers of the DMV. Thanks to DriveOne, I might be able to at least chase them down better after they do so.

I drive 30+ miles to get my car serviced at this spot and there is a damn good reason for it…read more I've been introduced to this Precision Tune Auto Shop through an acquaintance of mine because I heard they are very honest mechanics. I have visited this shop twice to confirm my "car problems" that were reported on two separate occasions by Midas and Jiffy Lube, both of which gave me an estimated quote in excess of $1000. Both of these times, I came out of Precision Tune Auto Care with a $20ish charge for an oil change. Enough said. I'm really sick and tired of the scamming by car mechanics and to know that I'm at peace of mind when I go to this shop makes it well worth the trip to go out to Clinton to get my car serviced. As for customer service, recently, the owner's son, CJ, offered me food from the lunch he ordered for his employees (Pizza Hut) when I went in to get new brakes. Wow. What car center does THAT??!?!!! If I were to say anything negative.....it's that CJ may give "preferential" treatment to some customers. On my recent visit, a mother of a girl who came out on America's Next Top Model came to get her car serviced. Once CJ saw the model's pic in the mom's phone, he was in full gear: he chat her up like no other, opened the store door for her as she exited, opened her car door, and made 3 customers wait in line for 10 minutes while he chatted with her outside at her car. The daughter was smoking hot. YEP. Beauty goes a long way. YEP. Can't fault him for trying to score points with mum. YEP. Bah. Since he's a nice guy I'll be a bit understanding and let him get away with that one.

Had great service at Precison Auto Tune with Paul & CJ. Was referred by a friend to this shop and…read moresaw it had great Yelp reviews so decided to give it a shot. Had just got a new (used) car and wanted someone to check it out. To my dismay, I was told here I needed new breaks and rotors. CJ strongly encouraged I return to the dealership and demand they provide them. I really appreciated that. He said he could repair it, but that having just purchased the car this was not something he felt that I should pay his shop to do. Well, they refused so I paid out of pocket here and Yelped about the experience at the dealership. Long story short, they contacted me and offered to refund half. I quickly called CJ and asked what he thought about that. He advised me that I should demand a FULL REIMBURSEMENT from the dealership based on his observations of my vehicle. So that's what I did. And that's what I got :) Appreciated his honesty and the work done. Paul's assistance as well. Was like I got a mechanic and a lawyer rolled into one. Definitely sticking with this shop! ps. Seemed like CJ knew everyone entering the shop by name so definitely a ton of return customers here. A loyal clientele base is always a good sign.

Unfortunately, he incurred a few scratches over time and went to have them redone. They contracted the job out to a rim painter, who painted rims in his mobile truck and they were horrible (drip marks and the color was off). When we told the manager what happened, he made arrangements to repaint the rims and once again, amazing job! They are the best with customer service and getting the job done!

The spoiler had a hole in it. The trunk was bent and the tail light was cracked. The rear driver side door wouldn't even open. The inside was awful with crumbs and stains all over the seats and grime in all the compartments. I had them repair all the damage and do a full detail, carpet shampoo and wax. They did an excellent job replacing my back seat, bumper, spoiler and front quarter panel. The paint job and blending was superb! The interior was immaculate. When I went to pick up my car, I cried and gave the guy a hug. It looks like a brand new car! In addition to great work, they also have excellent customer service!!!
