Major Issues We Encountered: * Many of my mother's belongings were packed while still dirty, and over half of the items were delivered stained or in poor condition. * Boxes arrived unlabeled, causing unnecessary confusion and stress during an already difficult move. * Your team declared the job "done" without unpacking or assisting my elderly mother in any way, despite her clear need for help. * Customer service has been completely unacceptable. I personally left a voicemail for the owner, Gina, at the number provided by the property manager, but we never received a call back. * My mother did not have access to her phone or answering machine at the time. We provided an alternate cell number, which was never used. * The property manager has my name and contact number, and I expected to be contacted directly--yet no one followed up with me. To make matters worse, we have now received a voicemail and email claiming there is a past due balance for "additional laundry" that was supposedly cleaned. This is absolutely outrageous. We received: * Dirty clothes (many not belonging to us), * Dirty and damaged mirrors, * Boxes of the wrong or missing items, * And overall, an experience that no one should be subjected to--especially an elderly woman. At this point, it feels like your company took complete advantage of my mother. The entire situation is a disgrace, and the way it's being handled is unacceptable. We paid for professional, respectful service and instead received disorganized, incomplete, and careless treatment. After calling several companies and having to pay huge fees just for an estimate(I did not have the money), I finally spoke with Ms. Tina L. at T&M. I was in tears, and she was so kind and compassionate -- she even connected me with one of their technicians to try to help(Attached are pics that I sent via text for help troubleshooting). Although I ultimately received help from a family friend, I'll never forget the empathy and genuine care shown by T&M's staff during a really stressful time. So I call back, maybe something got mixed up, and the guy says he can come now for an estimate. He shows up, takes a couple notes, verifies my email address and says he will send an estimate over. Nothing shows up. We hired their competitor that is directly across the street. They were in and out in 3 days and did a great job. Avoid these people, surprised on how they got so big with terrible customer service.

Then, after avoiding me for months I was told, "they still had to make money on the job," so they asked me to pay for all the remaining materials ~$3K, which I did, then they told me they did not want to finish the job after being paid 84% of the job, telling me that I need to hire a new electrician which cost me an additional $7k. Before they even showed up they quoted us a complete removal of carpets for the two rooms for over $3K. We decided NO to the whole redo. After they came & assessed what we needed & wanted, they verbally quoted the price & made us sign on their IPAD without showing us the quote. I had to ask them for the written quote which finally arrived after over 2 hours. Big surprise the quote was $500 more. Also they never told us that they'd charge us $150 for an emergency call. No wonder they were so happy to come quickly. We would have gladly paid had we not felt we were taken for a ride. We had another company do the same work early this year at a fraction of the cost. So I know what to do next time.

In my neighborhood there are at least 4 stray cats. They were marking their territory on my back door, causing the most horrific odors. After trying to resolve the issue myself, I gave in and figured it was a CATastrophic enough problem to call the pros. Well, they were very long in responding to my request for help. The technician was late arriving and late to give me the requested estimate for the odor repairs. He suggested a physical gut job. Which, when you smell the place, you would have thought he had to be right. So from removing all the dry wall, replacing the washer and dryer and seal coating the garage floor where the cat's did their damage, it would have cost me about $2500. (Minus the cost of replacing the washer/dryer). Get this though... I happened to be at walmart buying another gallon worth of Enzyme to clean the cat pee again, when it dawned on me... My co-worker owns some properties. Ask him how he cleaned up after people that owned cats. The solution: An OZONE machine. From amazon I bought a simple one for $70 bucks or so. Three treatments at two hours per treatment and the smell was totally eliminated. So, maybe ServPro forgot about that trick, didn't know about it, or were just distracted from work and didn't consider that they could have had my business if they had thought about just zapping the odors with the Ozone machine. Sorry for the poor feedback guys, but maybe next time I need you, you'll be able to come up with a better solution.
