I adopted my pup from A Path For Paws and had a great experience! The volunteers are clearly passionate and very active in the adoption process. They took the time to talk with me and answer my questions--even when things got a little busy, they still made an effort, which I really appreciated. It's clear the dogs are well socialized, and my new pup adjusted quickly and comfortably at home. A really thoughtful touch was that he came with 30 days of medical assistance and the cutest little goodie bag. If you're looking to adopt, definitely check them out. You can tell they really care about the animals and the people adopting them.

I've been volunteering with this rescue since November and have been a foster since this recent December 2023. The volunteers here really care and love the pups. They, get to know each dog so when families come in to adopt them into their homes they know what each pup's personalities are like and what their triggers may be. I've fostered 2 puppies and 3 Great Pyrenees. You can volunteer to walk the dogs on Saturday or Sundays. They have littles, mediums and large doggies. The adoption center is open Saturday and Sundays 10am-4pm and the pups are there to meet and greet. On their website are all the dogs available for adoption so if there is someone you want to meet, be sure to reach out to the email and ask about the pup so they will be at the adoption center on Sat or Sun. All the dogs are fixed/neutered when adopted out, they are all up to date on their shots and they are all microchipped. This rescue is a non-profit and works off donations so they have baskets they raffle off to help pay their vet bills, they accept donations of dry and wet dog food, gift cards to cal ranch, monetary donations, towels, blankets, sheets, etc. C.A.L Ranch next door is a huge supporter of the rescue so you can always pop next door grab a gift card and support both Grab you next best friend from A Path for Paws

I volunteer and foster through a Path 4 Paws. They have such a love for the dogs and that shows through how they are cared for.

When we first brought Chewie home, we were very worried because he had a cough and needed medical care. As a new puppy owner, it was stressful and scary because all we wanted was for him to be healthy, comfortable, and okay. I am thankful that Puppy Boutique Las Vegas did not ignore our concerns and helped make sure Chewie received care through the clinic they partnered with. I also want to thank Calvin for being friendly and helpful during the process. Even though the beginning was stressful, I appreciate that they stayed involved and helped with Chewie's health. I also want to give credit to Flamingo Pet Clinic for helping treat Chewie and taking care of him. Because of their care, Chewie is doing much better now, and that has been a huge relief for us. At the end of the day, I am thankful that Chewie is healthier, happier, and doing well now. I appreciate Puppy Boutique Las Vegas, Calvin, and Flamingo Pet Clinic for helping with his recovery and for making sure his health was taken care of.

We are here for the holidays and it was her first time in Nevada so we wanted to give her a groom experience over here. I'm glad we chose this place because the hand scissor skills and experience was top tier! They actually do get spoiled. She got her photos taken during the groom and after! Her hair was very soft and she smelled so good. There were still some armpit knots afterwards but it was very minimal and hard to spot so missing it was very likely but not impossible. I know Ginger is not fond of having her under brushed so I think her groomer did not want to force it on her and prioritized her comfort which I definitely understand and would rather prefer it that way. Her overall cut was honestly very surprising to me. It was very symmetrical, detailed and polished. I can usually tell when they cut more clipper focused (from bringing her to different groomers which let me see the different styles--I'm picky) because some thigh edges get left out, some indents get visible, and it ends up being a random longer tuft of hair though in this cut there was visibly none. The hair her groomer cut (or Kandice in particular) was molded and shaped well. She nailed the round face, her legs and the start of her tail by her butt looks more flushed and it feels flowy. It's hard to explain. There was a tuft of hair by her butt before that didn't really flush the start of her tail and now it's basically cut well--I feel like I'm saying jargon at this point but you have to see/feel it in person to tell. The cut by her visor was also so admirable. It looks so straight and detailed; I'm so happy with it. I can tell she took her time, and that Ginger was comfortable enough to let her do it. I'm pretty sure it's a given with all the pictures you see here. Them taking pics of the pups before and after just shows how confident they are in the final look. I'm really satisfied with how she cut Ginger's hair! This raised my standards a lot more with hand-scissor cutting and I fear I might have to start looking again around Torrance sigh. Now, the store itself. In the morning when I dropped her off I got the strong dog odor smell when I opened the door which I'm not fond of, because her groomers at home do not have that so it's possible to mask the smell. Though when I picked her up the store smelled okay, so it might have been one of the clients, but just a heads up that it can be one or the other. The entry experience was awkward, but nothing bad. They just don't greet you until you get to the register bahaha. Their merchandise was so cute. I wish I budgeted for that, but it'll have to be for next time. The price was a little inconsistent as well because before when I called they said that it would be around $90 since the groomer I chose is $20 above the beginning price of $70, but I ended up paying for $100 and some change. I didn't mind because the matts might've been the issue and we usually pay around that price back at home, but just be prepared to bring extra. They cut really well so I had no issues paying more than I was quoted for, but some people might not be. This is where I take off a star when it's regarding the storefront and the pricing. Regardless, all-in-all great visit with some minor understandable inconveniences. They take their time with your pup, they SPOIL them. Their hand-scissor skills are very proficient, and you get cute pics of your pup depending on the season! There is no doubt when they take care of your pup. Thank you so much for taking care of our little Ginger during her vacation at Nevada. We will definitely come back if we stay here with her again next holiday when we come back to visit my husband's family. Thank you Kandice! Happy holidays!

The process went smoothly and before we knew it we were the happy adoptive parents for a newly spayed, microchipped, immunized and ready to go. A 3 - 5 year old little doggo to join our family for many years to come and be a playful companion for our 12 year old son for a $250 adoption fee? Sweet! She's an absolute doll but I just knew something wasn't right. I took her to the vet that I have been going to since 2004 and he came back in the room with a sad look on his face and told me that although her adoption papers say she is young, they really estimate that she is closer to 9 or 10 years old. Since she is older he is concerned that her knees are not very stable and doesn't want her running around too much or going up and down the stairs a lot! Needs a full dental cleaning which will also require lab work for the sedation, had to have her anal glands cleaned out, etc. Not to mention I have a WHOLE HOUSE FULL OF STAIRS! Yes, that cost a lot of money and no I don't have a problem paying for it. The problem that I have is that my son was so excited to get an energetic playmate but now we have to be extremely cautious for her joints and well being because we unknowingly adopted a senior dog and not a 3 - 5 year old like we were lead to believe. My son cried all day when I broke the news to him and we have to carry her up and down the stairs now or else risk her having to have knee replacement surgery. She's a good girl, but boy were we mislead! Most places will let you adopt a senior dog for a low price but we paid a full adoption fee for a dog with health issues that were not divulged to us in the beginning. Be sure you know what you're getting yourself into before adopting from these people!!

But, I reminded myself, that there are two sides to every story and I loved what this organization is about. I'm so glad I listened to my own advice. For once! And now we will be taking our new baby girl (kitten) home after her spay surgery next week. I had a GREAT experience adopting through this organization and am SO happy I found them. Christia, Mary and Kristie are all amazing! First and foremost they just want what is BEST for the animals who find their way to them and these ladies and their volunteers want to make sure these animals have a loving, stable home for their entire lives. They were super responsive throughout our entire process and Kristie - our kitty foster mama even graciously welcomed us into her home to meet all the kittens, offered to send us pictures this next week while we wait for our little gal to come home and was super welcoming and sweet! Kristie loves every single one of her fosters like her own and takes impeccable care of them all. I will always highly recommend FUPI when looking for a new furbabe/family member. Their job is not an easy one and they do a wonderful job of what they do and it SHOWS!

We run into Nutter Butter that had just arrived at the PetSmart on 2140 N Rainbow Boulevard. I believe his arrival date is 5/52026. My wife and I immediately love him, but our determination was based on how he reacted to our children. Our daughter is four years and our son turns two in July. We knew he'd be shy, but Nutter Butter responded very well to our children, and that's what made us take the leap of faith to bring him home. Less than twenty-four hours later, Betty the Adoption Facilitator sent me a text at 7:33am, denying our adoption request, and even went to the length of stating that she refrains from adopting to family with small children. She informed me to wait until my children get older, THEN at that point we can adopt a cat. I expressed to Betty that Nutter Butter was very receptive to my children and that's what made us sure in our determination to adopt him. I would like to state that Betty was not present for my family meeting Nutter Butter. After informing her that I felt this was blatant discrimination, and that I'd be filing a complaint, she immediately requested to meet her at PetSmart so we can discuss adoption at 6pm today. However, the initial encounter was so negative that I canceled the meeting. If this is how your adoption facilitators conduct themselves when dealing with families that want to give cats a loving home, then this adoption company isn't very helpful to the cats they serve. My daughter cried when I informed her of the very abrasive text message Betty sent me. What she texted me after in a disrespectful and condescending tone is what moved me to file this complaint. This really turned a hopeful and memorable moment into a terrible experience with this adoption company. Adoption Facilitators like Betty are hurting the company, and evermore the cats they continue to house.
