Ashley, their head trainer, was incredible--she kept us informed with daily updates, photos, and videos, and met with us weekly to review Nora's progress and teach us how to continue her training at home. Nora came back still the sweet, loving puppy we adore, but now she's confident, calm, well-socialized, and an amazing listener. The entire team genuinely cares about the dogs, and it shows. What I love about TKDW is they are flexible with the sleeping arrangements, offering the option of a crate or a free sleeping area where my dog can cuddle with other dogs. Although she sleeps in a crate at home, she does better not confined when in boarding situations. I also love that Erin will usually send me an update sometime during the day, usually just a picture and a few words about how she is doing.

No one asked for any vaccination paperwork nor was there any discussion on services to confirm. The plus is the place is incredibly cheap. But I'll pay up for cleanliness and a bit more friendly service.

They were so pleasant and asked me all about my dog and what haircut I was looking for . He actually shakes with excitement every time she comes to take him on his afternoon walk. They are always thoughtful and excellent communicators.
