I asked for a manicure at the beginning of the service, but when they started my mom's, she asked about me. They gave her lotion and told her to rub it in her own arms. They only did her fingers, no soaking or anything. They charged her FULL price! They told me they didnt have time, and should have asked sooner. When we explained we did, they told me they were just to busy, and the guy probably didnt hear me. I will NEVER go back. This was a terrible experience and both of our heals and feet feel like nothing had been done to them. They for sure did not use callus remover that we paid for, both ofnour feet are rough and dry. My husband even asked me what happened when he saw my feet. I wish I could give them 0 stars.
