Come to find out there's only 2 nursing aides for the whole building. We're taking my aunt out of here, this is ridiculous. It's never been this bad, I come every other weekend, I'm absolutely disgusted and horrified. It's inhumane to have people laying in there filth, but to have the entire population of the building on a few individuals is unsafe and dangerous! It's so sad to see this place work their employees like this, I took my anger out on the young lady with too much going on. She was polite and apologized for the wait, when it's like, Why are the employees apologizing for the managements lack of competency, and their laziness!? The patients I've been seeing more of are younger than me and screaming about smoking. This is an old folks home! Why are the people hanging out on riverside in the same facility as the disabled/old people?! That's dangerous and a lawsuit waiting to happen. Obviously this place has turned into a drug/rehab/Homeless shelter. The people working, and tolerating these awful work environment there are angels for sticking it out for the patients because obviously the people making the big Bucks are cutting the costs and putting everyone at risk by understaffing. Every time I call I cannot get through to anyone in charge! Where's the management? Why are y'all not picking up my phone calls? I'm pretty sure this place is on its last legs. Take your family members out of there! Run and do not look back.

I had been in ICU with a Guillain Barre diagnosis and was suffering from a large loss of sensitivity in my feet and hands, weakness everywhere, I had a trach in place to help with my breathing (had been on a ventilator for two weeks prior to that placement), and I was unable to lift my dominant arm making it difficult to do much of anything--getting dressed, brushing teeth, cleaning myself, etc. They took wonderful care of me and even made special accommodations for me to be able to bathe daily--difficult with a tracheostomy and generalized weakness. The SLP, Raya, was so helpful. She helped me learn to swallow again and speak better. PT was aggressive but I don't regret being pushed. In fact, they told me to rest more! OT, well let's just say, they were over the top helpful. They took special precautions to help me get to a shower--which I hadn't had in weeks (being immobile I did receive bed baths but I'm a REAL bath girl, LOL). I give them all the credit for helping me recover almost completely. I'm so grateful they accepted me directly from acute care. I highly recommend their services.

After several days inpatient at Ascension Seton during which I had large amounts of spinal fluid leaking through my bandages I was eager to get to St David's to begin my recovery. I had been to St David's Rehabilitation Hospital in 2022 with excellent recovery after cervical spine surgery and two weeks of physical therapy and delicious meals three times a day. I spent four to five hours a day in physical and occupational therapy. I wanted to recover with them after my difficult procedure. I was once again very happy with my rehabilitation. My doctors, nurses, physical therapists, and other staff couldn't have been more skillful, caring, and kind. Go here, if you want great care and excellent rehabilitation. You'll be very happy during and after your rehabilitation.

She researches & looks for alternative treatments that WORK. She has an associate, Dr. Mael, who is also a chiropractor. I have seen him, as well, and totally trust BOTH of them with my back! She also has associates who do yoga, massage & other healing practices for WHATEVER ails you. Cynthia gave my husband's shoulder back to him. He'd had chronic pain for YEARS. Through adjustments & magnet therapy, he is pain-free! I have heard AMAZING testimonials about what her magnet therapy has done! One, in particular, stands out... a lady had SUFFERED for YEARS with painful, chronic psoriasis on her feet/ankles. No Western Medicine physician was able to do anything lasting. After just a few sessions with Cynthia, the pain is GONE & the redness (I saw it!) is going away. Needless to say, she is THRILLED -- Cynthia is DEFINITELY WORTH A CALL --she's located South of Austin & WORTH the drive.
