I was very impressed with A PERFECT SHINE and their services of cleaning my windows inside and out. They arrived at the scheduled time and Jesse did an AMAZING job of making my windows shine and sparkle. He also provided information about one window that is "fogging" and will eventually need to be replaced. That was helpful news. Jesse was thorough and kept a good pace at getting all the windows clean. Perhaps the best part was hiring a local company with local talent. Jesse went to school in Lynnwood and it was great to hear the history from a local resident about the changes over the years. I used A Perfect Shine back in February on my house and my daughters house. I didn't write a review then but after our move we needed our new house washed and the window cleaned so I called the number on invoice and set up an appointment. Ryan showed up and worked his tail off. I can't begin to say just how fantastic Ryan was. I watched him take great pride in how clean the windows were and how he took the time to painstakingly wipe down each corner to make sure it was perfect. If I could of given a thousand stars it still wouldn't be enough. The first time was great and the second time with Ryan was even better and the first time was just as great. What a great company to do business with. They came out to PAWS, which is a non profit in Lynwood and cleaned two of our roofs to perfection. We are situated on 7 wooded acres which means our roofs were covered in years of mold, algae and various tree debris. When they finished the roofs and gutters they actually shone and looked new. If A Perfect Shine can clean roofs and gutters that were really dirty think what they can do to your home. Yes, they will come to my house next. read more

The booking was 4 weeks out. Never heard from them until they were lost the day of . They did come at the time and date we discussed. I did not move a few chairs and tables because I did not know if they were coming or not.They did not move the stuff either ( about 2-3 minutes at most to move ) so many windows did not get cleaned all the way. And the ones they could reach still we're not very clean lots of streaks and smudges . Every one in the past would clean the frames as well, instead they dripped crap all over mine,and made then much worse then before they started.Very unimpressed. read more

This was such an unprofessional experience. I received a bid over the phone & when they showed up the owner complained the entire time he was here. Informing me he underbid the job, because my gutters are extensive, he charged me to clean them & said he didn't clean off the upper deck because he was 2 hours late for his next job. Then today my roofer came out & he informed me he never cleaned 2 of them at all. If you underbid a job, re-work the bid instead of being a total jerk to your customer. Apparently my windows had overspray on them from painting the exterior & he refused to clean that for an extra fee because he didn't have time. Really? So I went to the hardware store & did myself without issue. read more

I just had A Perfect Shine out to do my windows this past weekend. I called a few places and Dan provided me with the best quote - by quite a bit. He showed up on time (not within some 4 hour window!) and did a great job. He was professional, honest and stuck to the quote he provided. He didn't try to up sell me or charge a higher price which I appreciated. Now that I know that he offers other services (gutter and roof cleaning) I'll be calling him back to the house soon. I was less than 48 hours away from my dinner party worth weeks of planning, for lets just say my not so endearing employer, when my 3 and a half year old, under the apparent not so watchful eye of his nanny, decided Thursday was a beautiful day for mud pies, and my bay dinning room windows and french doors a glorious target. After nearly an hour of calling around and searching for a last minute service (and debating the merits of firing and hiring a new childcare provider) I found Dan at A Perfect Shine. Not only was he able to accommodate my situation and come out the next day without attempting to up-charge me some B.S. fee like some other businesses that shall not be named, but he was so timely (thank god) and well priced that I even had him take care of my gutters.
