Julio is awesome. I got two of my places done with him and the results for both were amazing. He is dedicated and professionally attends to details. One of my carpets was particularly stained and before he started, he took time to explain the expected outcome after the cleaning. He constantly asked for my feedback and if the cleaning looks ok. He redid a couple of spots after I asked him. At the end , the cleaning result was pretty good, more than what I thought. All in all, 5 stars for professionalism and efficiency. There is nothing "spot on" about Spot On Carpet Cleaning (SOCC). I feel angry just thinking about the name of their unprofessional business after the terrible experience I had with them. Don't do this to yourself. Simply pay $20 more somewhere else for your carpets to be cleaned by professionals-- not SOCC. I contacted them through Yelp to set up an appointment. THEY suggested a specific time on a day I was available, so I agreed to it and accurately put it in my calendar. The day/time came for our appointment and I messaged Julio that I would see him at the time HE set for our appointment. Julio responded that his schedule had been "messed up" and asked if anyone had told me this. No one did. He claimed he was "in Bellevue" and would call me once he was close. He never did, and lied about how long it would take to get there. Meanwhile, I had to rearrange my entire afternoon/evening schedule to accommodate Julio's tardiness, deceitfulness and unprofessionalism which left me stressed, upset and majorly inconvenienced. When Julio finally decided to show up 2 HOURS after my appointment time, he came with another man who I was not introduced to. So there's this random dude in my place watching Julio work and I have no idea who he is. I was watching Julio clean the carpets, and he was texting on his phone while he rushed through his work. It was so unprofessional and inappropriate. To make things worse, Julio did not fully deep clean my carpets. When the steam evaporated and the carpet dried, you could still see all the old stains. What a waste of time and money. He offered no discount, until I asked from my side because I was so pissed off. He said he would take $10 off my bill, which really isn't a lot considering he wasted 2 HOURS of my time and screwed up my entire schedule for the rest of my day. Plus, he didn't even properly clean my carpet. Wasting 2 HOURS of my time and failing to do his job is worth way more than $10. I got my carpets professionally cleaned by another business (who got ALL the stains out) shortly after this whole mess caused by SOCC and Julio. Message me if you'd like to hear about my positive experience elsewhere and I'm happy to help. I will never again use or recommend SOCC-- all they do is unprofessionally waste your time, money and do a terrible job. read more

They did a great job with our carpets as we moved out of the place and getting ready to sell it. They were very gentle with the walls and base boards that were still drying from the last evening painting. They were on time for the scheduled appointment and were very courteous to us and to the other contractors still working inside the house. They were very quick and the carpets were like brand new again when they were done. The cost was very reasonable! All in all a great company to go with. read more

I requested carpet cleaning and house cleaning. Julio was super friendly and arrived on time. I had just moved into a new home and the previous owners had pets that left a nasty scent in the carpet downstairs. I believed Julio did a good job although the scent did not go away after he cleaned the carpets, I think that it was time to replace the carpets perhaps. Monica came another day and was late to clean the house. I asked her to clean specific areas. I had checked what she had done and trusted that she did a good job until I cleaned up after her work. I found large areas in my kitchen that were not cleaned after I specifically asked her to clean these areas. All-in-all, if you decide to use Spot On, I would go with Julio on the carpet cleaning. What a great job they do. We had a very dirty carpet and they made it look almost new. We had Stanley Steamers come last year and after they left it didn't seem like they cleaned the carpet. If you have a choice between Stanley Steamers and Spot On Carpet Cleaning your money is better spent with the Spot On Carpet Cleaning Company. Julio did an amazing job cleaning our carpets and couch. The communication beforehand was quick and the quote was pretty accurate (my couch was a bit larger than a 3-seat couch he'd quoted me on, I forgot to mention how big it is). Arrived on time, very courteous & has excellent customer service. He ensured I was happy with all the rooms and carpets he cleaned and asked if I needed anything else done which reinforced the feeling that he truly is great at customer service. They look great. The 2 house cleaners arrived first, and cleaned everything perfectly (every single thing on our landlord required move-out cleaning list plus extras!). After they cleaned the house, Julio showed up and did a wonderful job cleaning the carpets. He was even able to get the high traffic area clean.
