Sarah promptly helped me set up a personal styling session quickly after my inquiry. When I had arrived, Sarah had picked out several staples for me along with giving me the time and space to look at the store options myself. She was kind, understanding, very knowledgeable, and non judgmental. I was able to learn fashion and styling tips, purchased several pairs of pants and gave her insight about my upcoming events so she can further help me nail down my attire. One of the higher-up employees was speaking very disrespectfully to the seamstress right in front of customers, which was really uncomfortable to witness. I arrived for my scheduled 11:00 appointment to simply pick up the dress--nothing needed to be done--but I was told I would have to come back at 5:00 to get it. They also never called me when the dress came in. Earlier in the process, they told me I needed to find my own seamstress for alterations, so I arranged that on my own. Then, because they didn't have my dress in on time, they suddenly told me they could "fit me in" with their seamstress instead. The whole situation felt very disorganized and frustrating. Overall, the customer service was poor and the experience was far more stressful than it should have been for something as important as a wedding dress.
