We ended up loving it so much that we decided to extend our stay for an extra night. The location was honestly perfect. There was a Walmart nearby, the boardwalk and boardwalk mall were close, and there were plenty of restaurants within a short distance. The beach access was in a great spot, and the entire area felt very clean and safe. The outside pool area was modern, well maintained, and very inviting. The breakfast advertised in the lobby definitely lived up to expectations. Every morning there was a fresh breakfast along with a fun waffle-making station, which we really enjoyed. The staff throughout the hotel were extremely friendly and welcoming. There was also a restaurant on the main floor with a great atmosphere, and the food was very good. There were only two downsides during our stay. The kids' splash pad -- one of the main reasons we booked this hotel -- was unfortunately out of service the entire time due to needing a new pump. We understood that these things happen. The other issue was that the rugs in the room did not seem very clean. We ended up keeping our shoes on in the room, so it wasn't a huge issue for us personally. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely book this hotel again

The hotel staff were friendly and professional throughout my stay. There was also a gentleman working during breakfast on Sunday morning (I didn't catch his name) who was especially helpful and attentive. He had on a red shirt and long hair. Service like that truly makes a difference. That said, there were a couple of downsides. My oceanfront room had a noticeable wet dog smell, which was disappointing. Also, the $25 per night parking fee feels excessive. I've chosen to stay at this property for quick beach trips over the last 10 years, and unfortunately, the parking situation alone will likely keep me from returning. I also want to note that the hotel is currently under renovations (it is the off-season), so that's something to keep in mind when booking. While I'm not disappointed in the staff at all they were amazing the added costs and room issue were enough to make me reconsider staying here again.

Very private, the balconies were shielded from the neighbors and even the pools below could only see us if we were out on the balcony. The views were quite stunning! In addition, the pools were nice plus you have multiple pools to choose from. In the evening, the 2nd floor patio with fire pit was great to hang out and relax. Parking is directly across the street in the parking garage. Very quick and easy to get to. Starbucks across the street as well. Highly recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again!

My only complaint is that the towels were pretty bad and extremely thin, more so than any other hotel I've visited. We went to the bar on the second floor to people watch. It's a cute spot and has access to outdoor seating with a view and fire pits. Our drinks were just "ok"...I've never had ice in a French 75 and my husband's old fashioned was made with crushed ice and not a ball or large cube which was odd. There is ample parking in the deck across the street. Overall, a nice stay!

There are not enough places to hang wet towels wet bathing suits, beach gear...everything gets messy fast. There is no exhaust fan in the bathroom and everything just stayed wet. We asked for housekeeping after our second night and they didn't come until a second request. It would have been nice to have clean towels on our third shower of the week. We only had semi wet ones. We ran out of toilet paper twice. We only had half a roll when we got there and they don't leave extra. Valet parking is $25 a night, but that seems typical for the beach. You can request your car via app and it's pretty simple. The location was right on the beach and boardwalk so plenty to do. The kids had a great time. Also be sure to log out of your accounts on the TV. We had all different peoples Netflix, Apple TV, and peacock accounts still signed in. Doesn't look like it automatically signs you out on check out.

But the best part is that it's less than 15 minutes away from the fun attractions at Broadway at the Beach! For the price, I've stayed in nicer. It wasn't bad just wasn't for me.

However, our room, was pretty filthy. The floors were covered in sand, including the bedrooms. The corners of the rooms had dust and grime in them. Stains on the furniture and sheets. Stuff was broken like the chair in the living space. We spent a lot of our time out on the balcony because it was the only place we really felt comfortable. Most of the TVs in the place didn't work. They were without signal and just sat there with a black screen. We did enjoy our time but we will not be renting or staying here again due to the cleanliness of the rooms and the broken items. If things were to change we might consider it.

You can walk straight onto beach next to pier, no steps. The hotel has a access but old wooden steps with grass around it to use. Would be great to make a ramp instead. Parking good on both sides of hotel. Most of rooms have a ocean view balcony. Elevator on ground floor to check in on 2nd floor. A few vending things and nice sitting area. Negative was they opened up a drain into the ocean after it had rained. So it made it hard to walk the beach. I had never seen this at another beach. They dug trenches down into sand. Definitely spoiled the beach vibe.
