I called A Plus Appliance Care on Thursday afternoon and explain my problem. He discussed the solution and the price which I thought was very fair and ordered the part on Friday. Planned to have it installation completed on Saturday, but scheduling conflicts were a challenge and he offered to come on Friday evening. Solenoid in my whirlpool washer was replaced in about 45 minutes. Prior to the replacement of the solenoid, water was filling in my drum, even when it was off, but after replacement, no issues. He was an effective communicator and explained the process as well as returned calls promptly. Only challenge was that he has a new AI answering service and the phone number he calls back from it's different from the number that you see listed on Yelp. Minor issue, but something to be aware of. I will not hesitate to reach out to him again for any future appliance repair needs. Thank you for a job well done and honest pricing. read more

I was lucky to get an appt. that day because had I not gotten it fixed all my food would have spoiled and would have to be thrown out. Excellent service! Vitaly fixed my Kenmore Elite dishwasher, was honest and let me know it just had clogged holes. He cleaned out all the jets and told me how to care for it to help with clogging in the future. Next was an extra refrigerator, it stopped working and planned to throw it out even though only about 7 years old. Again, an easy fix. Next my water heater had stopped working the day before our appointment and I had called a repair person specifically for it but Vitaly said he'd give it a look and it was just a fuse.
