I had an issue with my ~ 10-year-old Samsung Gas Dryer (the motor was humming when you attempted to start it, but the drum wasn't rotating). He determined that the motor was dying and likely needed to be replaced soon (but he admitted that for the cost of such a repair, it might make more sense to buy a new dryer). Sergei arrived when he said he would and within the earlier part of the timeframe he gave. He covered his shoes before fully entering our home and diagnosed the problem with our dryer within a few minutes. He had the necessary part on him and was able to install it in under 30 minutes. He also went out of his way to vacuum the inside of the dryer as lint had accumulated quite a bit.
