Kevin shared that he was at risk of losing his job and was a lead tech, although listed as the owner. 'Management' also contacted and asked that I take the review down and offered to refund the labor. At this point (2 days later) I had already taken the vehicle to the Toyota dealer, as his 'management' advised the vehicle was complex and initially declined looking at the vehicle without another charge. Toyota Diagnosis: improper fitting and installed spark plugs. Cost: 98$ inspection- which was deducted from repair cost. Repair cost total, including one day vehicle rental, 468.79$. I reached back out to Kevin and 'Management', via text and email, three consecutive days- excluding Sunday, explaining the outcome and requesting a partial refund (spark plugs, diagnosis, and labor). I have not received a response and am now seeking civil action. Receipts attached. Again, the purpose of this review is to bring awareness.

One excuse after another but was promised all 4 Rusty brake lines would be replaced for $700. The truck was supposedly repaired by my return trip on Friday the 12th. Well it wasn't. It cost almost $300 to Uber home to SC, 197 miles. I was again told the truck was ready at 5:50pm on Monday when it clearly says the shop closes at 6 pm. After swapping work days I was able to get a ride there Wednesday morning and was told only 2 of the 4 brake lines were replaced. dissatisfied and feeling majorly ripped off. If you don't live local, don't go here for repairs.

They fixed my oil coolant which did not need any fixing because it was not leaking oil. They are very unprofessional in communication with customers. They kept my vehicle 3 days and when I picked it up while driving home the vehicle started smoking and jerking and it ran hot, so I immediately returned it back to the shop. I was told my vehicle ran hot because of the weather by the shop owner, which was a lie, it ran hot because they did not do a diagnostic which I paid for. They kept my vehicle for 3 weeks afterwards without any communication but once. I was always the one who had to contact them. They did not try to compensate me on what I had already paid for of the oil coolant or try to do a discount to go toward the radiator repair. So, money was wasted fixing something that did not need to be addressed and I left with the same problem only worst because my vehicle was in worse shape than when I brought it there in the beginning.
