So I looked on Yelp and found this laundry mat that said it takes card payments. It was a relief for me because I didn't have to drive to the bank to take out money. When I got there, I tried 4 different washing machines and all 4 did not work... I decided to just take cash out the ATM which charged me $3. I don't see a point of having machines that take card payments when they don't work. Other than that the place was clean and they have one bathroom for people to use.

The laundromat at my condo thankfully switched to the use of credit card a year ago, and I can't imagine going back to coins. Just recently, I was able to kill two birds with one stone with a great parking spot to boot during this years Raspberry Parade. It was ideal to do my laundry and watch the parade. Too hot, no problem, the laundry mat was cool inside. I would say and this is not reflexive on Megawave but customers should be more considerate and not leave their laundry in machines unattended for hours. That can be irritating when it is a busy day. Overall experience has been great.

Seemed a lady being aggressively jammed up right outside door by a man, upon myself walking outside wanting to ask if she was ok she dropped her head as man continued. Just as they watched a paying customer inside I know whom ever was activating camera could see what was going on through glass windows right outside their door ( a good 10 minutes) however as I sat in my car with that man's truck parked at an angle behind my vehicle (30) I saw no officer drive by to see if woman was ok.

I called the customer service line, and they said it may be a whole business day later that I even get a call. My clothes that I need this afternoon are unavailable. No instant refund, and no one urgently coming to give me back my property. Completely unacceptable. if your equipment or services impact peoples time, money, or property, you need to be able to addressed an amend any problems immediately, not when it's convenient for the company.
