This company has the worst customer service -- ever! Sadly, they are the only local fireplace company, so they have you over a barrel!

I had a really great experience with Elegant Touch. First I met with Marsha who walked me through…read moreall my options (rounded or squared-off edges, etc.) and then we walked together through her warehouse of granite slabs. They were offering a free sink with countertop purchase when I was there. I did not find granite that I absolutely loved, but that was not an issue because they work with multiple other granite providers near the airport and in Ybor. Perfect! I found many granite options at those providers, and they marked off which pieces I loved, and they sent the information directly to Marsha. Marsha contacted me via email, and together we ruled out which granite was clearly not in my budget, then she worked up pricing for the remaining four. One of my favorites was left, and that's the one I went with. She set a date for two weeks out for installation due to their busy schedule. Her team showed up on time, and got right to work. My countertops turned out even more beautiful than I could have dreamed. The installers did have an issue once they drilled the hole where the faucet should go (cabinet was in the way), which I wish they had mentioned to me ahead of time, instead of me finding out about the issue only when my plumber showed up to install my faucet, but that was the only hiccup. I appreciate how prompt all correspondence was with Marsha and Savitre, the other office staff member, and I highly recommend them to anybody looking to enhance their home with new granite countertops.

After looking at tons of other granite we found a completely different type that we fell in love with. (at a different granite place) Long story shortened, the other place ended up cutting into the slab we wanted for a smaller job, leaving too little for our job. This other place also told us that they checked all of their suppliers and they couldn't find another slab like the one we wanted. We went back to Elegant Touch right then and there. Within 5 minutes, Elegant Touch had located a slab like the one we wanted, actually, it was several times more attractive than the original. That was two weeks ago and we now have our new granite countertop. If you are looking for granite, look no further. If they don't have what you want in stock, they can find it for you. Every other place we looked gave us nothing but excuses, Elegant Touch gave us nothing but quality service and breath taking granite!

There was a 3/4-inch gap between the sink and the countertop on half of the edges of the sink, and I was afraid that if I didn't get that sink reattached, in the near future it would fall out. I sought repair quotes through Yelp, and Ryan Malloy, the owner of All Your Countertop Services, answered through Yelp messaging within minutes. He gave me a very reasonable quote and said he could come the very next day. I sent him photos and a detailed explanation of my repair situation, and he called me on the phone and talked to me about what would be required to fix my sink. The day of the appointment, he contacted me by both phone and text to give me a considerate heads up as to his exact time of arrival. While in my home, he did a deliberate, thorough job both to maximize the sturdiness of the adhesion of the sink to the countertop and to lessen as much as possible the amount of our exposure to the smelly glue necessary for repairing the sink. His diligence, competence, concern for our health, and full disclosure of every step of the procedure was an amazing degree of customer service I've never received from any service person before. My sink looks great, and I thoroughly recommend Ryan for any repair job of this nature that you might need. In addition to granite countertop installation and repair, he told me he can also do general handyman jobs (other than plumbing and electrical) as well. I will definitely be calling on him for all of my handyman needs from here on out.

It had a finish on it from the manufacturer that was not very durable and if he couldn't resurface it, I would have to buy a whole new unit. I searched around for companies that still work with Formica and I'm glad I went to him first. He had various pieces of left over mica from completed jobs for me to choose from and once I picked the color, he went to work. He carefully sanded down the surfaces to be resurfaced, then he cut the proper sized pieces, applied contact cement to both surfaces and set them aside to dry. He first did the front of the shelf, pressed the mica down hard then used a router to trim it to the proper size and sanded the edges. Then he carefully applied the top large piece of mica, pressed it down and routed all the edges for a perfect fit. He finished by carefully sanding all the edges, cleaned up all surfaces of the shelf and handed me the finished product. I can tell you this guy clearly cares about his workmanship and his customers. I had a badly damaged shelf but it was just a shelf, not counter top and kitchen cabinets that are his main business and he took the time to make it perfect for a very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend him.

Horrible Company & Customer Service. I hired this company for my kitchen countertop install and…read moreexplained the product I wanted and the product I placed on hold from a local Granite supplier. I had NVC come for measurement and said they can do it. They seemed confident and saw the reviews so I hired them. They installed a piece that was no where near what I ordered. I ordered a creme/beige and they installed a white/gray. A WHITE/GRAY on a large island and countertops on Cherry Wood countertops. I called Nick/Ray and when they arrived, they were extremely disrespectful from the start. They walked into my home with an attitude and said this is what they ordered, that they did not work with the company I originally ordered from as "they are too expensive" and they got the closest design to my order. When I asked why this wasn't mentioned in the beginning when I told him the company, he said he has "been in business for many years and this instal is fine" He stated the color is creme but it is gray as it matches with my stainless steel appliances. Not to mention they cracked the piece and stated its a "vein". It is a pure crack that they tried to glue in place and lie to my face. I didn't want a "fine" instal, I wanted my dream kitchen which they botched with their disrespect, unprofessionalism and lack of clarity with their material. I had them come back to try to "fix" the issue which included placing a dark sealer, this peeled off instantly, turned yellow and bubbled. The countertops look horrible and are the center focus of the house. When I stated this was NOT what I ordered I was told "well I paid a lot of this and didn't make any money off of it" - which is amusing as I paid him to do the work. This was not done for free and cost a hefty amount. The last he has answered me is on August 19th and since this he has ignored every text, call and email and claims to not be familiar with the property and install. I explained my frustration and how dissatisfied I am with this and they can care less. "Satisfaction Guarantee" is a complete LIE, if you want a professional job with something that you will love - save your time, money, frustration and counters by looking elsewhere.
