What he found was a catastrophe that involved a crew to rip out a whole section of sidewalk in front of our house to clear the several feet of city tree branch that had grown into our pipes. He got the right people in to do that job, was onsite to oversee it throughout, and he fixed a few other plumbing hiccups during the interim and even offered to install the new toilet seats we had sitting in their boxes while his excavation guys were doing their thing. He's a really helpful, friendly, and dedicated person who seems committed to making his customers' homes "right". He also put us onto the most fantastic crew to mitigate our basement disaster. After how happy we were with those guys (who were in our home to fix our basement properly for five weeks), I will take recommendations from Joe for anything we need. In fact, we are already working with an electrician he recommended to sort some crazy-wired switches out and move a junction box (not a small job). The total ended up being larger than I had expected, but I was willing to pay it because I needed my heat turned on immediately. He is taking trying to build his own business very seriously. The original appointment was made about 5 days out so he could order parts necessary. (He came prepared on 1st visit)! Morning of visit, I texted Derrion to try to get a closer time based on his schedule for the day. He did give me a 2 hr window so I could go & do other errands. He called me about an hour prior to his earliest estimated arrival & said he was running early, if I wanted he could be here in 20 minutes. He arrived, took care of anything that needed to be moved, fixed each unit quickly..put thing back where they were & on his way..easy peasy..no troubles here.
