I first spoke with Misty on the phone and told her the issue I was having with my Jacuzzi J-460 (which had been pre-diagnosed by my electrician), and she was quite lovely in describing the cost of repair. It was a failed heater pump. I also needed a drain and clean since it had been some time that I had used it due to the heater pump issue. Her quoted price was fair and was NOT elevated after the service was performed, as some companies tent to do. Justin came, on time and was scheduled, replaced the faulty part and completed a very thorough drain and clean. The unit looked like new afterwards. I am very happy that I chose Spa Pros. They added an alumawood un-insulated patio cover with lights and fans. We love it! The space feels huge! Ron and his team were very nice, on time, informative and worked efficiently. He took detailed measurements and, unexpectedly, also proposed handling the hardscape, drainage, and retaining walls for both my backyard and front yard. His broader vision beyond just the pool really stood out. What impressed me most was how clearly he explained the project and how quickly he sketched out the entire design by hand on the spot.
