My pool man leaves debris at the bottom of my pool on a weekly basis no regard for my property for example leaving my side yard gates wide open I guess in a attempt to invite some kind of unfortunate events upon my house as he drives away totally not caring what happens after he leaves the perimisis. read more

Not only does he keep your pool sparkling clean, he can fix anything you need done as far as motors, heaters etc. We have a salt water pool and he's very familiar with our system and keeps it running at an optimum! NickLoudermilk Pool Service is the best! We are a new pool homeowner and ever since we moved in, Nick helped us take care of our saltwater pool and equipment. Our pool is 18 years old so we had multiple issues with our pool equipment. Nick gave us guidance and choices to fix or buy at reasonable prices. We even had a slow leak from a sprinkler pipe but initially we didn't know where the leak was coming from. The leak caused a puddle of green algae water to be accumulated on one of the pool coping stones. The algae has also been dripping into our pool as we have been waiting for a pool contractor to start remodeling our backyard. Long story short, that contractor just kept postponing our start date until the pipe bursted. Nick was so patient and converted our pool into a chlorine pool in order to kill the algae. He didn't want to charge us but it prolonged for at least 6-8 months so he finally did. We finally got our leak fixed and he converted our pool back to saltwater again! We recommend him to our neighbor already and they love him too. We had problems with our vacuum a few times and he had to swim in our pool in order to try to fish something out of the hose. He is honest and dedicated at what he does. We will continue to recommend him to more neighbors! read more

Absolute worst pool "service" I can imagine. Nick Lowdermilk's Pool Service was supposed to be maintaining our pool for over a year now. With the stay at home order I finally had some time to check our filter and was I shocked! Filthy, I cleaned it myself and then told him we would no longer need his "service". Our mother is home when the pool cleaner visits and told me his stops are short and quick. I have gone online and will maintain our pool myself, it's not difficult if you have the time. I encourage others to do the same. And, if you do pay someone to maintain your pool be sure to check and see if they are really doing what they are supposed to be doing. Based on my experience with this company for over 1 year I would say avoid it at all costs. I have included pics of what I found when I opened the filter, disgusting. This company was paid to maintain our pool up until I wrote this review but are no longer employed by us. If I could give below 1 star I certainly would. read more
