I would not recommend hiring him for any home inspection as he is not thorough.

They released the report to us so we could go over repairs. I couldn't believe the language, comments, and general unprofessional conduct from this inspector. As an inspector, your job is to REPORT problems. Not add in your opinions, what ifs, or personal fears. Telling a buyer with young children that "a fire will kill you in your bed asleep" or "you will be trapped and die in a fire" are the worst things possible. As a professional company, you should have stated the repairs to be made and or changed i.e. "extra deadbolt is a fire hazard" or "hardwired smoke detector required". Daniel went as far as taking pictures of the INSIDE of our fridge AND freezer making comments about that, stating we have "ugly roof vents", and about how many different colors there were in the house. Do not take pictures of my dog, who was in his kennel, and ask if he comes with the house. An inspectors job is to state the facts and not problems that could potentially occur. Example, if there are no signs of rats or raccoons, do not tell a home buyer that they will absolutely get rats AND raccoons in their home if they don't fix a vent cover. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING. Again, this is by far the most unprofessional, incompetent, disrespectful, and rude inspector we have ever delt with. Daniel's actions, commentary, and crazy potential concerns killed the excitement and good vibes our buyer had about the house. Yes, there are repairs and things to fix but you should never make a buyer regret a home they loved and are excited about. You have failed horribly at your job.
