Geoff was excellent at explaining what he would do, how he would do it, and what it would be mean for us. He was on-time for our meeting and inspection and maintained a good line of communication during the process. Once he was done he took the time to not only explain the findings but the report and how we could use it to its fullest. The report is provided as a website, which allows it to be very thorough and easy to navigate once you get a guided tour. He helped us understand what we needed to take the builders, provide detailed documentation of issues that need to be addressed, and afterward checked in to see how it all went. Our home is in a New Construction development as such all of our neighbors are in new homes built by the same builder. While few have had any serious issues come up we have heard them gripe about small things that were not noticed or taken care of before moving in. The resulting work to correct the problem has created headaches for our them. When they do gripe I can't help but think of how we've had very few issues (knock on wood) and feel like Geoff had something to do with that. While mistakes can happen, this experience went far beyond normal hiccups. The company was disorganized-- in one instance forgetting our scheduled week, forcing last-minute rescheduling of 18 inspections. In another sending us a "urgent" message about 6 units being scheduled for 1/21/2025 when they already inspected them on 11/21/2025. Sometimes their inspectors showed up at the wrong homes and marked them as "no-shows," charging us unjustifiable no-show fees. What made the experience unacceptable was the owner's behavior - petty, juvenile. Various examples are: despite invoices being processed promptly and checks already issued, he repeatedly pressured for immediate payment, made petty comments, demanded stop-payments and check pickups, threatened to halt inspections, and attempted to intimidate by claiming his wife was an attorney and a state judge - isn't impersonating state judge a misdemeanor? These claims were verifiably untrue and per her LinkedIn, she hasn't practiced law since 2019. Coordination issues happen. Misleading statements and juvenile conduct are a choice. We would not recommend W2W.

While working with a reputable construction company, they let me know that indicators of the damage should've been caught in the inspection process as these were issues that occurred previously and were present during the inspection. When I reached out to PacWest with the information, pictures, and invoices I received, they assumed no liability, did not acknowledge any mistake or missed issues, and were not willing to work with me at all to make it right. The entire front siding of my home had to be ripped off and replaced during the winter when it rains heavily every day. I was highly encouraged to move forward and get it fixed before more damage was done. PacWest continues to state that I 'waited too long' to reach out to them, when I reached out to them shortly after the issue had been brought to light and repairs were being made. Please learn from my experience. When you need a thorough, complete, and knowledgeable home inspection, look elsewhere. Zero accountability and poor work product overall.
