I left the jacket and when I came back the top part of the zipper track where a plastic cap was located was ripped off and the zipper track was messed up and she told me that the jacket could not be fixed (per pictures). The zipper track was fine when I took the jacket in and only the zipper had come off. She literally destroyed my relatively new jacket and did not fix my problem and did not even tell me she altered the jacket in attempt to fix it. I wish she would have been upfront about not being able to fix my jacket versus further wrecking it and leaving it unrepairable. I will not be coming back

When Waze took me to a residential address, I was a little confused. I called to ask & she said I was in the right place & to come on in. She has a full tailor shop right there with all of her equipment and a little changing area! Mrs. Chu is friendly & welcoming. I needed a pair of pants hemmed & she said she could have it done in 2 hours! Whoa! Not only did she have them done in 2 hours but it was only $13! He was rude as hell, I let him know that I was waiting to hear from the lady that I dropped my dress off with to update me. His response was, why was she needing to call me. Which I clearly had stated, so she can let me know what needed to be done and the cost; before I decide to move forward. He claims they were so busy all day, and that's why I didn't get a call. He mentioned that I needed a new zipper and sometimes it's not worth the work, but he'd get a price and call me back. When he called me back, he quoted me a price. I asked if it needed to be changed, could they possibly put a gold one on the dress. He got smart and said something rude, and the call wasn't pleasant at all. I told him not to do anything to my dress and that I'd pick it up. So I go to get it, and he tells me it was taken by alterations. I never authorized them to proceed, so now I have to go back the following day to get my dress. I told him I'd do a review on Google, which he didn't seem to care at all. Bragging they've been in business for 40 years, I'm pretty sure his mom is the owner and he can't get a real job so he's working there and driving her customers away. Lastly, he called me a bitch as I drove off. But any man who calls a woman a bitch, is the real bitch. Needless to say, some people do not belong in customer service. I arrived early at 9:28, followed the instructions to put on my shoes and hang up my dress, and was preparing to change. As I walked toward the fitting room, a woman of a lighter complexion arrived after me with her daughter. She was immediately rushed into the fitting room with my wedding dress, and the door was closed behind her. When I asked for my dress, I was told "it's okay," and had to insist to get it back. It turns out she also had a 9:30 appointment, yet she was prioritized over me even though I was there first. When I raised my concerns about how inappropriate this was, Judy laughed while I was speaking -- which only made it worse. As a Black woman and a loyal client who has brought Judy numerous garments over the years, including my engagement dress, this experience was both hurtful and unprofessional. Allowing a woman of a lighter complexion to be seen before me, with my property in her possession, and then dismissing my concerns, was unacceptable. It came across as discriminatory and disrespectful. I expected much better treatment and professionalism, especially after years of trust and business.
