I've been coming here for over a decade and they give me great service every single time!

THIS PLACE IS NOT WORTH YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY! I only gave it 1 star because I couldn't post this review without it, otherwise I would give them ZERO! Dropped off a dress on Saturday and was told I'd receive a call by Tuesday to let me know if the zipper on my dress could be fixed or it would need to be replaced. Tuesday came around and no one called, I called on my way home from work between 5-6pm. I couldn't say a gentleman answered the phone, because he was everything but a gentleman! He was rude as hell, I let him know that I was waiting to hear from the lady that I dropped my dress off with to update me. His response was, why was she needing to call me. Which I clearly had stated, so she can let me know what needed to be done and the cost; before I decide to move forward. He claims they were so busy all day, and that's why I didn't get a call. He mentioned that I needed a new zipper and sometimes it's not worth the work, but he'd get a price and call me back. When he called me back, he quoted me a price. I asked if it needed to be changed, could they possibly put a gold one on the dress. He got smart and said something rude, and the call wasn't pleasant at all. I told him not to do anything to my dress and that I'd pick it up. So I go to get it, and he tells me it was taken by alterations. I never authorized them to proceed, so now I have to go back the following day to get my dress. I told him I'd do a review on Google, which he didn't seem to care at all. Bragging they've been in business for 40 years, I'm pretty sure his mom is the owner and he can't get a real job so he's working there and driving her customers away. Lastly, he called me a bitch as I drove off. But any man who calls a woman a bitch, is the real bitch. Needless to say, some people do not belong in customer service. I hope they lose customers, horrible place to do business with! Save your time and money! read more

I took me and my wife's clothes to this spot last week for the 1st time ever thinking we may have found a more convenient spot enroute to our home for dry cleaning. After realizing there was no signage showing how much their cleaning cost per piece or per type of garment, I asked. The lady working there at the time shared with me after dropping off "11 pieces" of clothing that I would receive a call to know how much everything would be once she tags everything. I wanted to know how much everything would cost before any services done, but I didn't get that opportunity. I finally received a call from the cleaners but from another rep sharing that my clothes were ready for pickup. My initial response was that I was suppose to have received a call to understand the cost of everything first, and I don't even know what the charges were. He responded with the price, and I was floored! See, all the lady told me before I left dropping the clothes off was that they charged around $6.75 per piece, around $7 something for special items, and that I had 11 pieces in total with the statement that she would call me once she tags everything to give me the amount. This guy that I was on the phone with shared that my wife had "2 party dresses" (they are not) which is why our charges were over $100 for dry cleaning. I feel taken advantage of and played! I finally had a chance to pickup my clothing yesterday (Monday 11/14), but the interaction wasn't anywhere close to pleasant. While entering, I told the guy working there who I was, and he recalled being the one I spoke to. I told him I don't understand why the price for my dry cleaning is so high, and 2ndly, why didn't I receive a call being notified first of the price of the dry cleaning as the other rep shared she would do? He started breaking down the prices for the cleaning and shared that ONE dress my wife had was a $30 charge for cleaning. I turned around and called me wife in front of him heated because I KNOW I've never experienced paying for ANY garment no higher than $15! Even alterations done like zipper repairs and the such I've never been charged that much, and work like that seems much more tedious. My wife even shared with the guy over the phone that she has never been charged that much for that particular dress to be dry cleaned. I told the man that this is outrageous, that I didn't get notification of these prices, and that I wasn't going to pay that amount. We're now in full heated argument and it's to where he's threatening to call the police on me while I'm threatening to report them to the BBB, but all I wanted to know is why did this cleaning company take our clothing and provided a service we didn't agree to them doing because we were still waiting to understand how much we would be charged 1st before anything would be done. It took my wife to intervene while on the phone to talk to the man while I could calm down. I felt disrespected, devalued, and undermined. He claimed to have understood and apologized to me personally and my wife over the phone, but it didn't seem genuine because while she was explaining the series events for him to be fully aware of our disgruntlement, he was looking around and noticing other customers pulling up and wanting to cater to them....now that he got paid. Now looking back in retrospect, the lady asked me 1st where did I get my clothes cleaned before coming to them. And the guy asked the same thing multiple times too - which is still so weird to me. To me, the observation is the possibility of them taking the comparative price of the cleaners I would have mentioned so that they could gauge on how to charge me. I understand this could be a statement of speculation, but the experience I had with this particular cleaners has never been the case for me at any other cleaners I've ever been too. To me questions like that aren't anyone's business but my own. And the fact that there's no where in their store the price amounts for garments or the such is definitely suspect. The cleaners I'm used to going to (and am gladly going back to) have their price amounts displayed....and I actually would know the amount before leaving because I would prepay for my clothes to be cleaned. Another cleaners I've been to in the area would provide the similar information and an understanding of cost, but I would also have the option of paying either before leaving or once I come by to pick up my clothes. The only reasons of picking this cleaners recently was to try someone different since their overall rating I noticed was decent, and the route in dropping off and picking up my clothes seemed to be a better convenience for us since I've had a recent change in work locations. My boyfriend and I go here very often, we always drop off his dry cleaning. Overall I have enjoyed go in here and it's very convenient having a drive-through area. They are always very quick, and extremely personable. I'm not sure what their names are, but I would definitely recommend both of the people that owned this establishment. Very friendly, they even sew New buttons on a lot of my shirts. I'm very grateful, and will continue to use them as long as I live in the area. read more

Absolutely terrible. Took my pants and it was completely destroyed. They had stains all over. They send it back 3 times. And not just the stains didn't come off, it also lost the color. I'm not going back there. Recommend to avoid this place. The service was absolutely unprofessional. She said the pants were like that before, which is a complete lie. read more

This cleaners is a waste of time and money. They do not take pride in what they do. I have had three instances where they have done a half-ass job. My four-year-old can fold better than they do. I paid extra for a shirt to be folded for travel and it was just horrendous plus it had a spot on it that was not there when I took it to the cleaners. I decided to check the order that I had picked up a few days earlier and they had melted some plastic over the bottom of my shirts. read more

This small family owned shop is cheap and fast. They even have drive through service, if you're in a hurry. I usually like to go in and check out how things are going. They also provide tailoring service, although you might want to stay away. I trusted them with a pair of pants and the pant legs came out uneven. Other than that one snafu this place has been great to me. There are other cleaners down this street, but they are more expensive. As with most other cleaners you'll get the best deal by bringing in a bulk of garments. Give these guys a shot if you're looking for a dry cleaning service in this area. read more

The service here is TERRIBLE. I only went here because it was close to my house and I needed the zippers replaced in two dresses quickly. They quoted me $12 each, and then charged me $34 when I picked the dresses up. Like a dope, I took them home because I was in a hurry. One of the zippers hadn't even been replaced! They had removed it from the dress and "fixed it," then sewn it back in! It still didn't work, and the two sides of the zipper didn't match up! Not to mention, the zipper hadn't even been re-sewn all the way! One of the seams was still hanging loose. When I brought the dress back to the store to ask for a refund (I was moving the next day and couldn't wait for a TRULY new zipper to be put in), the woman refused. She told me the zipper WAS new, and that there was no way to make the two sides match up. How did they match up before, then? And how did a new zipper match the color of the dress perfectly (a unique teal color), and already have paint missing!? I will NEVER go here again. They overcharge and don't do a good job, anyway. The zipper in the other dress was new, but it was grossly oversized and makes the dress look awkward. Don't trust these people with your clothes. read more

Ruined my dress, overcharged, and refused to make amends. They told me it would be 3-4 business days to have a dress hemmed - it took them 7 days which ended up being the day before the event that I was needing the dress for. The hem was jagged and uneven, strings were hanging off everywhere and as I put the dress on the beading was falling off everywhere! Told me it would be $50 and charged me $70 - the dress had only two layers but did have some beadwork. They are sketchy and do not know what they are doing. Asked for a refund and they refused. I'm going to have to take it somewhere else to see if they can correct the damage they did. Highly disappointed!! read more
