I called them on Saturday to have windshield replaced and they gave me a time for the following Monday. Meanwhile, I cancelled the glass company I had scheduled on Tuesday so I could get it done earlier. Monday comes and I don't hear from them. I called them and they said they must have wrote down the wrong day. So they scheduled me for Tuesday. Tuesday comes and they text me saying that they were told my car needed molding and they have to get the molding from the dealer. Now they don't have an estimated time and talks down to me telling me they want to make sure it's done right. Well Duh! Of course, but don't have me hanging like that. This is by far the worst service that I've experienced in my entire life. This company is extremely unprofessional. They do not care about their customers time. I've been trying to get my window replaced for a week now. I was told 1:00 PM on on a Wednesday they never showed up. I reached out to them and was told that they could do it on Saturday. They showed up Saturday with the wrong window. I was then rescheduled to Monday. They said 1-3 PM. I sat around waiting for them. No call no text. When I finally got in contact with someone I was told that they have to reschedule. I told them I was only available in the morning they said that they will schedule me for a morning appointment. The day of the appointment I was told that they will get to me at 12:30 to 1. At this time I had already been looking for another company to do the job. They called me at 12:20 to tell me that they could get to me at 3 or I could drive to norcross to get it done now. I live I Atlanta. read more

I had my first interaction with James and the Accuracy Auto Glass team four months ago when my windshield broke and needed replacing. They were able to replace it in a timely manner and looked great. Unfortunately, a few weeks later, one of my windshield panels came off. I called James and explained the situation. He was so friendly and let me know that I was under warranty and that ordering and replacement of the piece would be done free of charge. While it took awhile to get the part replaced (our schedules kept not aligning in the whackiest ways! For example, Trump came into town on the day we were supposed to complete the repair so that definitely went out the window), James and his team stayed persistent and flexible and ended up coming to my work to make the repair. Given that there are only just a couple of employees, they were are great about showing attention to all of their customers and communicating updates. Additionally, they are quite affordable. While there are tons of options in terms of businesses that can repair windshields, I wholeheartedly recommend Accuracy Auto Glass. read more

This is by far and away one of the WORST customer service experiences in Atlanta. They will promise you the world and then not deliver. I took some mirrors to be repaired. They assured me they could replace the glass and that they would be ready in two days. As I was going out of town I wanted to call them to ask about their progress on day three. They told me they would not be able to repair the mirrors. When I arrived, I found they had not even LOOKED at the mirrors and had done no work on them at all. The guy named James was a complete jerk. When I explained I wanted to followup with him because I would be leaving town and reminded him that they had promised two days turn-around time, he became confrontational and appeared crazy and unbalanced. I don't know how this place is still in business. I tried to get my window replaced after my car had been broken into. When I called the owner (I assume) he quoted me a price and said the work could be done same day. I called back later and he told me that they couldn't get the window until Monday, two days later. Fine, he had the best price and seemed friendly. He said he would call back and give me details that night. He didn't call. Come Monday I had to chase him around all day and call several times before I was finally put in touch with someone and low and behold they could't get to me until later. Wait another day... They finally showed up on Tuesday, with.... the wrong piece of glass. I was over it. I had to leave town the next day and ended up just getting it fixed elsewhere. The person I had been speaking to on the phone finally called me back for a change and said he would give me a whopping $10 discount for my trouble. Gee, thanks pal. You have been a great help. Don't use Accuracy Glass unless you have a lot of time to kill, like calling over and over for answers and appreciate a less than accommodating service mentality. read more

I had a large (over 12" long) crack in my windshield, so fixing was not an option. I checked about a dozen places around town and Accuracy was the best price. They came to my office the next day and replaced the front windshield while I kept working. About 45 minutes later I had a brand new windshield with no muss or fuss. I agree with a lot of the reviews, they surely replaced the windshield of my Prius for 100$ cheaper than what safelite had quoted me. But now I'm thinking might have been better spending a little more. Here's why. First the good: the company itself was very quick to respond to my request and were flexible about my schedule. the guys that showed up to do the job were very friendly and prompt. Comminuted with me on the status of their arrival and were efficient. The bad: it looks great but isn't perfect. In other words you can tell it's been replaced but for now it'll do. The ugly: just realized that the rear view mirror isn't at all aligned where it was before and it's very obviously miss attached. Don't know how safelite does it so I can't genuinely compare but next time I might consider spending a little more for a more professional work. read more

SEAMLESS INSTALL! Our windshield had been cracked for a while so my husband went on the hunt for a mobile service to replace it. He called several businesses but found that most of them wanted approximately $260 to replace the window in our van. This company charged less than $200 and agreed to come the next day. The next morning, they called to give a more specific window of time regarding their arrival time. They arrived on time and worked for about 45 minutes. Ta-da! We had a brand new window that was better than the factory install and even included a sun filter at the top. They did a great job and I would contact them for future repairs. Just be mindful of the fact that they use contractors so this means that service may be a bit "hit or miss" based on who is servicing your auto. When I have new service providers at my home, I like to engage them and get to know them because I need to feel comfortable with them especially if I am going to be using them in the future. My husband was the primary contact with this crew and had no problems or concerns. So if I need this service in the future, I would definitely request the same crew. read more

They weren't quite the cheapest but we're close and having it fixed that day was important. Unfortunately, something went wrong with the glass and they were not able to do it as promised. I have a 2021 Nissan rogue and a little over 2 months ago when it snowed I was too close to a salt truck and I heard a loud pop hit my window I didn't see anything that night however the next night after I dropped off my first uber customer I saw a long crack in my window I called everywhere to try to get it fixed no one had the windshield or could fix the windshield I called this place and they found the windshield and today no more crack and the two gentlemen that came to replace it, they did it quickly and was very nice. I thought I would never get my windshield replaced because no one had the windshield not even a dealership it was back ordered. This place is a joke....Do not deal with them. You are lucky if they finish the job and you didn't have any problems with the Windshield. Their warranty is not worth the receipt that is written on. They gave me 3 weeks run around to come back and fix a defective windshield that they had replaced. At the end they told me (after 3 weeks and numerous texts and phone calls) I can call someone else to fix it if I'm not willing to keep waiting. I called and paid another company to come and replace a defective windshield that this company had put on. They don't even deserve rating of 1, unfortunately you don't have an option of rating zero. read more

Used these guys a couple months ago to fix the front windshield on my 2011 Lexus ES350. Best price, compared to Safelite, were significantly less. Service was great. Granted the first glass they installed has some scratches on it, but they offered to install it temporarily until they could come install a new one at no charge. I needed my back windshield replaced. They had the lowest quote of all the places i called around metro Atlanta. The next day they were at my house in the a.m and the windshield was replaced. They did a good, fast job. Only cons: The person on the phone quoted me a price and then when the guy got out there he said they forgot to add tax and i actually owed them about 7 dollars more. I had already wrote the check out so i was frustrated about that. 2ND con was that the crew couldnt find my house because there GPS didnt direct them to my house. They called me several times to get directions from where they were. Very annoying! and they even asked me at one point to meet them down the street so they could follow me to the house. I said no. Eventually they found the house. My house is not hard to find. Its right off two major roads. other than these things, all was fine. They did a good fast job and were very polite when they came out.
