I really think it's important that people take this, cause you'll never know when someone is gonna be in need, and you can be that person that saves someone's life. The class cost about $100 and I felt accomplished after taking the course. CPR is harder than it looks, and I'm sure if the time ever came where I needed to perform it, it would be nerve wracking.

Without a doubt, this was one of the most challenging experiences for me in academia, and I have an advanced degree in Biology. So, whatever you do, do not take this program lightly. The material covered is very comprehensive, with certain aspects mirroring year one of medical school. Given the duration of the program, there will unquestionably be times when you're overcome by the sheer volume of material covered in such a short time frame. Whatever you do, **don't get discouraged.** Stay the course. Rest assured, the staff at RCI are there to support you as best as they can. Because your success is a direct reflection of them-- their ability to ensure you are well prepared for the board exam and will make a positive contribution to the medical community at large. You see, everyone has a common goal here. The goal is for you to succeed. Outstanding experience overall. But again, this is far from easy.
