Great class with an even greater instructor! I would highly recommend to take your CPR and First Aid training and/or recertification. Be aware of parking, there's a large lot in the back but you aren't allowed to park on the south end of the lot, but the instructor will come out and ensure you're parked in the appropriate area. read more

The ladies here are extremely nice, patient, and friendly. I was running late this morning and they were very accommodating, waited for me and allowed me some leeway. The classroom is clean, spacious, and cool (important when it's 90 degrees outside). They allowed breaks and made us feel very comfortable. The instructor was knowledgeable, informative, thorough, friendly, nice, and very easy to understand. I've taken many CPR and First Aid classes where the instruction/instructors are strict, mean, dry, aggressive in their training. Veronica was the best CPR instructor I've ever had! First I needed a BLS certification class ASAP for work. I called her on a Thursday and thankfully she had availability the same Saturday! She was very kind with a down to earth funny personality which will make any CPR class less boring! Lol she was very informative and told us stories of incidents that would be beneficial for us in the future. We got our cards same day and pricing was very reasonable! Attended Veronica's class today and I've got to tell you, this is the most confident I have ever felt after leaving a CPR, AED, First Aid class. First she has you watch videos showing CPR and AED procedures. Then she goes over everything, thoroughly. You get hands on training with the CPR bodies, baby and adult, and the AED trainer. She also goes through first aid procedures and you work with a partner to get the process right. I have been to many CPR classes and never learned some of the things that she taught us today. Came here based on reviews, location and availability. Called Veronica the evening before to schedule a class the following day because i needed to get a card right away. She penciled me in to share the class with one other person. She was very polite and pleasant to be around. Her stories were fun to listen to and her experiences were something to learn from. The class is just as the reviews say. Short dvd video, then you do hands on. 30:2. 15:2. 5/6. Remember these numbers. You do get a break after the video. Bring water or something to drink. She does all the paperwork while your watching the video. Card, copy of the card, both front n back, and the invoice. Oh n Depending on your which program you do, Veronica will test you. . I have always wanted to take a CPR class but never gotten the chance till recently. I decided to take a course with Veronica based on the positive reviews. She is very knowledgeable and helpful in guiding you to become CPR certified. As others mentioned, she'll play a short video on cpr procedures then you'll practice on adult/infant manikins. If there are other people taking the class too, you'll get a chance to practice 2-person cpr techniques. I left this facility feeling confident and wanting to become more health conscious. She defiantly is straight to the point and you leave feeling confident, hands on training is provided and she gives you tips on what to do and what not to do. It was a blessing to find this place, my CPR card expired this week and Veronica the instructor was able to accommodate a last minute class and helped me out.
