Josh requested that everyone write down their mailing information, so that he could mail individual certification cards from the American Heart Association. Weeks passed and the cards never arrived. I called him and he apologized for the delay and said he would mail them out. Weeks passed again and after numerous follow-up calls and emails, I had to begin explaining to the participants that though they had paid a fee for the service, it did not appear that Josh would be fulfilling his end of the agreement. Much to my disappointment and embarrassment, I still have yet to hear from Josh, who appeared to be a credible guy. I reported the occurrence to the Better Business Bureau and he ignored their inquires as well. It's shocking to me that another person posted on 1/6/16 with a rave review for Frontline CPR. Josh should have at least had the courtesy to respond and simply explain what the challenges of sending the cards may have been. DO NOT HIRE -- you may not get what you paid for.

Explaining the reasons for for each action. We did run throughs and drills which gave us the burst of adrenaline to see how we would do CPR in a real situation. And boy did it help!! I got a discount for being a first time customer and another 5% off because it was a certification renewal. They are open every single day except on most Bank Holidays. The class involves cadavers (the kind you play with; not a human dead body, guidebook, merchandise, Best of all, same day print out renewal of CPR certification and another certificate sent to you in the mail and email- whatever your preferences are. It took a little less than one and a half hours and the class was overjoyed about completing the course early. The main instructor who owns the business has been a certified CPR, First Aid, etc instructor since she was a College Freshman where she majored in Nursing. She completed the CPR certification and continued to get it renewed every two years without fail. She expressed the severity of renewing your license because of the trouble you could be in. A person certified in CPR cannot be charged with a crime or persecuted by the Courts in any way- civil, criminal, etc., but if you were certified but at the time of performing CPR or First Aid, they look first at certification status. If the person that you treated dies, you can be charged with Second degree MANSLAUGHTER. It was the best of the best of the ones I checked out and certainly better than the place where I first received certification. Recommend as number one.

My class was literally canceled 19 minutes before class started. I was asked if I wanted to take the evening class which I was unable to attend. I asked what other fates were available and did not get a respond, therefore ai asked for a full refund. Again, I was not gi en a response. I started getting upset at the lack of professionalism. I was given a respond stating they couldn't answer because they were having classes and they were unable to find someone to cover for the instructor who was feeling ill. I understand life happens, but it's extremely unprofessional to cancel minutes before class starts. I was offered to reschedule AND take the class for for with a full refund to what I declined due to it already being hard to get a respond from the company. This happened on Arpil 3rd and it is now April 19 and I still have not received a refund nor a response to my calls, voicemails, texts or emails. Lack of professionalism and horrible cutomer service. Save yourself the $80 and do it online for a fraction of the price with better customer service.
