Unfortunately, I was forced to use this location yesterday as a last resort after my initial reservation fell through. I rent from U-Haul weekly and have never encountered such disgusting, aggressive behavior. Robert is incredibly hostile, interrogates customers, and demanded to know what I was hauling. He literally yelled in my face, "I can speak over you!" and ultimately refused my rental out of spite because I asked why he questions what I will be hauling every time I come to his store. To put the cherry on top of his power trip, he actually called the Sheriff's Department on us. No other U-Haul representative has EVER asked me these questions in the two years I have used this company. He is an aggressive power-tripper who should not be working with the public, especially women. I will be escalating this with corporate to the fullest extent. Avoid this place at all costs!

Moving is always a daunting experience. But on top of that, when moving, most of us non-truck drivers, have to deal with an added headache - having to rent a truck. I'm happy to say that last part wasn't that being of a headache because I walked into the right U-Haul. The guys at this particular location on Oakland Park in Sunrise were extremely helpful, quick, and to the point. Most of the process of renting the vehicle and signing papers is completely modernized and done through an app. The fleet of trucks the keep are clean and well kept. The one I ended up with was easily maneuverable, was properly taken care of and, being one of the smallest trucks in their fleet, allowed me to drive into a covered parking lot in my building without any trouble. The price is also quite reasonable. As usual you also have to pay for miles driven and fill up the truck when returning it, but even with that renting a truck from them seems way better than going to the competition. In conclusion, I highly recommend this particular location. The guys at the front desk will definitely take good care of you, make your experience as easy as possible, and take off part of the stress often associated with moving.

It had less than a 1/4 tank of gas. I returned it with almost 1/2 tank of gas. It had an old taco chip in drivers side door so was not clean. This had nothing to do with Anna who was exceptional. But we did not get what we asked for which is completely on Uhaul. I mean, come on! The Ford truck was turned in on the previous Saturday with 2 flat tires and no gas ? We won't be coming back to this Truck rental facility again, that is for dang sure! We rented from 10 thru 13 April 2023.

Totally put me at ease and was super helpful. Ive used Uhaul in the past and I usually get this truck with a ripped interior patched up by duct tape made in the 80's. I received a 2018 Penske truck with 3k miles and drove like a dream. I'd highly recommend Penske and this location in the future
