Ms. Hudson started off well and was organized with different outings that they could attend for the month and would provide pictures / brief summaries of the outings. Living in another state, this was helpful for the family. However, as time went by reality started to surface. The staff at the facility where my dad resides had numerous complaints about the way she spoke down to them. She came when she wanted and left when she wanted. Sometimes it was hard if she came at all. She also over-billed and failed to refund the full security deposit we gave her. We had a credit for hours of services not provided and the administrative side of things became a mess. Her tone of superiority / unresponsiveness to simple requests (eg let us know when coming so he can be ready) is clearly something I hope she will work. I don't like to write negative reviews about any business but feel others should be cautious with her billing practices and the services actually being received. Also the summaries are basically fluff (eg everything is great!) and the pictures are generally posed pictures when she would insist he smile to appear happy. Being far away, facts and reality are what I want to know and see. Not phony smiles, painted pictures of happiness and over-charges.
