Not only did he protect my house from the pigeons that have called it home for the last few years, he also pressure washed and cleaned all the area of the roof from pigeon droppings. Added grates and spikes to prevent them from coming back and even cleaned up any droppings left from the pigeons roosting. And I don't just mean spray off the concrete. He even dug in the dirt and rocks to get as much out as possible and cleaned up the front yard area where there was droppings! He also tidied up some shoddy work from the company that installed my solar panels. His pricing was fair and addressed all the possible future locations pigeons might want to roost to ensure they will be gone for good! Cannot recommend Amos enough!

If you want to deal with an honest, knowledgeable and caring pest control professional, you need to look no further than to Dan Sinyard at A Reliable Pest Control. Late one Spring morning, I looked out my bedroom window to see a swarm of bees (about the size of a basketball) that had nested in one of the trees on my property. I never had to deal with a swarm before. I called one of Dan's competitors first. The call was short, they asked me one question: what was the size of the nest? When I gave them the dimensions they told me they could do it for $250 and could get to the problem in a few hours I then called Dan and without me volunteering the price I was quoted by his competitor, he told me he could do it for $125. He informed me that unless an immediate threat was being posed by the hive, he wanted me to wait for a day or two, as the problem might take care of itself. Bees don't stay in one locale for very long during swarming season. Sure enough, the swarm was gone in 24 hours. Not only did Dan save me a lot of money but he gave me quite an education about the workings, habits and importance of bees. This man is a class act! read more

The new system of reminding you of service dates and confirming is wonderful as well as the electronic method of receipts and payments! Love Love Love Brandon as he is extremely helpful, personable and reliable with times he schedules. I was referred to them by my real estate agent. I called and explained to Dan that I had pigeons underneath my solar panels and asked for a quote. He was so helpful and honest and guided me in the type of conversation I should have with my solar company so that they could cover the cost. I really appreciated his expertise and his honesty. I'm currently battling Sunrun so that they will cover it and if they don't cover the cost I will come back to Dan! read more

We've been using Reliable Pest Control for 5 years to control insects and pigeons. They installed the classiest net around our a/c to keep pigeons out and have had no problems with insects since they started spraying. Recently, Chad came out for our regular service, and about a week and a half later we found a small scorpion inside our home. Living in Las Vegas, we know that during the hot summer months pests will sometimes try to make their way indoors looking for cooler places. I reached out to Chad the next morning, and not only did he take the time to answer my questions and provide helpful advice, but he also came back out and sprayed the inside of our home for added peace of mind. Joe and his helper inspected the entire house from top to bottom, wall to wall and did some treatments and set a plan for followup. He took the time to listen to my concerns, the steps i had taken, and answer my questions. He recommended a quick drying eco friendly spray of the outer perimeter to prevent them from entering the home, and bait stations of the ones that are already inside. We have a dog, so we were concerned about any kind of spraying. Rozhe assured us that once dry (20-40 minutes), the spray poses no contact threat to humans or animals which made us feel a lot better. He was done treating the permitter in a little under 15 minutes, and told us to call him if the ants were still a problem, but was pretty sure that this would take care of it. Lastly we had a brief discussion about scorpions since we heard in the news that they seem to be more prevalent than years prior. He did say this is a spray that you can use if there is a real concern, but advised us to not leave out shoes outside, and give them a check before putting them on if we do.
