Thanks for coming out to spray. I really hope it holds up since we have lots of rain. We found several scorpions in the home and a few of the large roaches. We had this company spray the exterior hoping to keep them out. Next time I know to wash the patio and walkway before they come as it is not smart to do it after they spray. The main reason I picked this company was because you could get a one time spray instead of a contract for a year. I prefer to pay as I need them. It cost more to do it this way but I had several reasons not to get the yearly contract. Two Techs came out and did the job. The one I talked to was friendly enough. He did mention I should spray the inside but I did not want that. I have my son, his wife and three kids plus two puppies in the home currently. Not going to spray with them here. These guys are fantastic, we hired them to perform a deep inspection of a property we were looking to purchase because there was a serious concern about bed bugs. They were available quickly, did a professional inspection, and let us know about all the pest issues we had (luckily not bed bugs), as well as options to exterminate. So I'm writing this because I am extremely disappointed in the service provided by this company. From first contact coming in, no paperwork or contract given, did spray but was reluctant to really look around backyard as spiders were my main concern. I pay and they leave. I later changed my mind and didn't want them and went with another service. The tech said ok no problem and went on his way. Come to find out they charged me without a single notice, no email, mail letter, voicemail, call, text, or any communication. I get a letter from a COLLECTION agency saying I owe money. Like WTF. Why not tell me there was a fee to cancel, I would have just paid it. This feels so wrong as a company can not just ruin peoples credit for doing sneaky moves. Expected better from you guys as a five star establishment would at least notify the customer of the charges. Best to stay away. read more

The quality of spraying is hit or miss, the response to messages is delayed, they do not care about their customer schedules and do not compensate for their errors, even when you have to take off work to accommodate their schedules. The previous owner of our home had left us in a mess with the lack of pest control considering there are scorpions in our neighborhood. He never really remedied the situation which just only made it worse when you live in an area with scorpions. Keeping up with pest control is paramount (even if you do it yourself). He didn't do anything so we were left with a lot of scorpions on our property oftentimes in our house when we first moved in. We went to seeing about 30 scorpions a month on property/home to now having NONE inside the house. That's ZERO. Seriously. In the middle of the summer AND during monsoon season. Nada. This new Averzion treatment (they apply a thin layer of glass--like coating to the edge of your home to keep scorpions OUT) is worth its weight in GOLD! I went with another company when I first moved to Vegas and it was weird! One day the guy disappeared off the face of this earth and never showed up again. Didn't call, send me anything, never to be heard from again! Soooo... Yelp failed me on that one and it was back to the drawing board again. That's when I found Pitbull Pest Control because of all the great reviews they have on here. Chance is the name of the guy who does my exterminating with Pitbull and he's great! Very thorough, always wearing a smile. He shows up on time like clockwork once a month. A little while back, there were black widows near the mailboxes and I got worried because I have 2 little dogs that I really care about. I was scared because I heard that when those spiders start multiplying they do so quickly and someone said that they could start hiding out in my bushes. I envisioned my dogs getting too close and getting bitten which would kill them and no way I'm gonna let that go down! Not on my watch! I called up Pitbull Pest Control and the next day they sent someone out free of charge to spray that area. Great company! I love that they have the organic stuff that they can spray on the inside and that all of their stuff is pet-safe. They have been my pest control company of choice since a little after I first moved to Vegas thanks to my discovering them on Yelp and I've yet to have an issue other than the black widow thing. And that wasn't even on my actual property line so technically it was nothing wrong that they did and not their fault. I'm just guilty of being an overprotective dog mommy and decided that you can never be too careful. I'm thankful they still obliged me. And for that I give them 5 stars. Had a beehive at my house and I gave these guys a call. They gave me such a high price to kill the beehive and double the price if they need to remove plants. I was away from home when they did their "work". As soon as I came home there were more bees and made me question if they even did their job. The new office manager declined to make an appointment for me and was so rude and disrespectful. She actually hung up on me and they never came back for their monthly service visits. We got a new bug company all of my neighbors use and the professionalism is amazing compared to Pitbull. They are HORRIBLE. We contacted Pitbull to eradicate some rats in out attic. Jason came up to Pahrump and set traps, closed off the entry/exit points with state of the art materials. He was such a gentleman. He was professional and knowledgeable. He answered all our questions and was easy to work with. We signed up for monthly service because of Jason. He's not a mansplainer. I think the only bad part of this company is the person who answers the phone. We thought it was just a fly-by-night company because the receptionist mumbles and is not a good note-taker. We almost didn't go with them. I would recommend hiring a female to answer the phones. Someone who can represent the company well. First impression counts!
