I would highly recommend A Robinson Appliance Repair. My older model Whirlpool was not working. They were the first company that could get here (fast service) and very knowledgeable. They had to remove the agitator that was very rusted to even get to the problem. The serviceman tried several tools until he finally got the bolt loose and then only took minutes to repair. Owner and son came out and assessed my leak in my freezer. They even made time to have a look at my dishwasher because it wouldn't close properly.
