Repair of my machine will require parts, so will reserve my fifth star for a completed job- so far so good! 10/21/16 unfortunately Gary was unable to repair my washer. This was determined AFTER I had paid a service call (approx $60) and $320 for a service contract. Gary did make several trips to my home before it was determined that parts were not available for the final fix. He verbally agreed to refund my service contract cost less his parts costs, but I did not receive the check as promised. I am unable to leave a message on his phone. This is really disappointing. I really wanted to support the small businessman. Unfortunately I cannot recommend him. Perhaps he will see this Yelp review, contact me and make it right. I will definitely post if that happens! 12/1/16 I have contacted Gary a number of times. Now I get no answer on his phone. He has promised on 3 occasions that my refund is forthcoming, but he is waiting for money to come in to him from another source. How frustrating, as MY check to him for the initial service call and a $320 service contract was cashed immediately! Time for legal action sadly.

We have been without an automatic dishwasher since February 2025. I have had multiple companies…read more(A-Appliance Repair, etc., ) come out here and charge hundreds of $ to tell me our 14 month old LG dishwasher could not be repaired. I have made several calls to LG Customer Service and found out that the Control Panel was still under warranty. I asked them for a list of companies they recommended in the Cincinnati area. FUSE Appliance Repair was on this list. I called and spoke to Luke at FUSE and gave him some information about our dishwasher. In less than 12 hours he gave me the part number and everything I needed to provide to LG. The part ( the control panel) arrived at FUSE and Luke called to schedule an appointment. Sergei came out with new control panel and in less than 15 minutes he had our dishwasher going again. There was a $150 service charge, but that was nothing compared to the companies who came out here, charged me hundreds of dollars, and did NOTHING! I don't know about other brands, but if you have LG products that need repaired, you don't need to call any other repair company!. In fact, if I have a problem with another brand's products, the first call I will make is to FUSE. Thank you Luke and Sergei! My wife has Alzheimer's and I cannot tell you how much time this saves me from washing pots and pans and dishes.

I was initially told that there would be a trip charge of $159 to inspect my dryer, which would be applied toward any parts if I decided to proceed with the repair. After completing the inspection of the dryer, I was told that there is an additional fee of $159 for diagnosing the problem. This fee would be applied toward parts and service if I proceeded with him doing the work. After paying $318.00, he would not tell me what was wrong unless I paid an additional $159.00. I do not agree with paying for him to just tell me what was wrong with the dryer after already paying for the diagnostic fee. I will never call Daily Appliances or Donald Morgan for appliance repairs and highly recommend that whoever reads this do the same.

This morning the part was installed and the washing machine is back to working order. I appreciate the helpfulness of the tech, and quickness or the repair! *One note: The tech was great, but kind of threw his tools around/dropped them instead of placing them on our wood floor. This was just a little thing I noticed as I was slightly worried about scratching/damage. Overall a great experience with this company however, and he did a great job fixing it!
