Brandon and Allen were our drivers and were both friendly and prompt. Because they used a large van they could accommodate a large mountain bike shipping box as well as lots of luggage. It wasn't fancy but it was exactly what we needed. The Seattle Shuttle rates were the best we found and it all came together to make the experience really good. The different drivers were each extremely helpful with our bags, with our group of 3 to 6, depending on what family members were able to take trips. I can attest to the black limo, white limo and luxury SUV that were all smooth and accommodating. One of our family members used the super stretch Hummer for prom night several years go and the driver was on time, took the kids to different destinations and drove them to the drop-off point safely. All this extraordinary service for a last minute emergency when the original party bus that another kid set up flaked out. I haven't called DD Limousine as of late because we have been using parking garages near the airport. But, we will be calling them soon, as they exhibit exemplary and reliable service and we don't have to worry about our cars being parked away from home.

Over the course of four days, I was given four completely different SUV price quotes, each time blamed on a "system" or "technical" error. The rates changed repeatedly with no clear explanation or accountability. If a company cannot consistently generate an accurate quote, it raises serious concerns about their ability to deliver service on the day of travel. This process was disorganized, frustrating, and a complete waste of time. I ultimately cancelled the reservation and would not trust this company for any future travel. I will be advising others to avoid them as well.

Premier Shuttle Service - Be prepared to wait long periods of time for your shuttle to pick you up…read moreif you have booked this service. I booked this shuttle service for 20 people months in advance. On arrival we landed early and had to wait over an hour which we understood and remained patient since we were early due to the airline moving our flight of 20 people to an earlier departure time. Upon return of our cruise we had a scheduled time for pick up at 9:30am to get to the airport for our flights. When we're got to the pick up spot there were 2 vans there. The 1st van took 5 people and left. The 2nd van took half our party and was sent on. The other half sat and waited ....at 1st it was told to us there was a 10 min wait and then 20 another min wait and finally after an hour of waiting I got a manager on the phone who was completely rude. I asked what the hold up was and explained that we booked this service in February for a June pickup....his response to me was "then you should have traveled in February" I do not recommend using this company. After waiting an hour and a half another shuttle showed up for a party of 3 (not for us) who was also going to the airport so we jumped in with them because we did not have a time which our van would arrive. We are a girl scout troop that took the girls to Alaska so there was a lot of planning involved. I thought that this company would be a good fit but most definitely was not.
