I picked them because of their yelp rating, and it was spot on! We booked 3 different rides with them in September for our Alaska cruise out of Seattle. Communication was prompt and clear, all done through yelp message. Booking confirmations were sent immediately via email, and I had requested to add 20% tip. My friend and I were traveling from different part of the country, they tracked our flights and luckily we arrived pretty much around the same time. Roman, who ended up being our driver for all 3 rides, was in touch via text while we waited for luggage. Pick up was prompt, car was clean, everything is so smooth. On the last day at Port, pick up was just as easy and painless as the other two rides. So glad we have picked STS to handle all our transportation needs for this trip. I will definitely use STS service again whenever I find myself traveling to Seattle!

Brandon and Allen were our drivers and were both friendly and prompt. Because they used a large van they could accommodate a large mountain bike shipping box as well as lots of luggage. The different drivers were each extremely helpful with our bags, with our group of 3 to 6, depending on what family members were able to take trips. I can attest to the black limo, white limo and luxury SUV that were all smooth and accommodating. One of our family members used the super stretch Hummer for prom night several years go and the driver was on time, took the kids to different destinations and drove them to the drop-off point safely. All this extraordinary service for a last minute emergency when the original party bus that another kid set up flaked out. I haven't called DD Limousine as of late because we have been using parking garages near the airport. But, we will be calling them soon, as they exhibit exemplary and reliable service and we don't have to worry about our cars being parked away from home.

Our tour group of almost 50 used them for motor coach service and we liked them so much we even booked a private day tour out to Mt. Rainier. My mother-in-law, has mobility issues, so the driver would pull as close as possible and even arranged wheelchair service for her when we arrived at Crystal Mountain! They had full knowledge of all the local Seattle neighborhoods, history and the flora and fauna. It was super interesting and the driver was friendly and so nice. One of the best parts was knowing that Quality Town Car can arrange our ground transportation around the world through their affiliate program. One phone call, email or website visit sets you up in style. Plus, it turns out it is a female veteran owned business! Over the course of four days, I was given four completely different SUV price quotes, each time blamed on a "system" or "technical" error. The rates changed repeatedly with no clear explanation or accountability. If a company cannot consistently generate an accurate quote, it raises serious concerns about their ability to deliver service on the day of travel. This process was disorganized, frustrating, and a complete waste of time. I ultimately cancelled the reservation and would not trust this company for any future travel. I will be advising others to avoid them as well.
