The estimate was very reasonable. Told me they would need to order the glass and it would take within 7-10 days which was right on the mark. When the glass came in they were out the next day to imstall it. Service took about 30 minutes and it was great-even did a great cleanup. I'm sure I will need their services again and will not hesitate to give them a call. I have even recommended their services to two other neighbors.

While the glass itself was replaced, the plastic trim around the window was destroyed in the process. What could be salvaged was roughly caulked back together, and the remaining pieces were left broken. In addition, the drywall on the interior around the window was damaged and never repaired. I reached out to the company afterward and was very polite and respectful when speaking with the owner. Unfortunately, she was short and dismissive. I made it clear I wasn't attacking her company or the tech. In fact the tech was a nice guy. I simply wanted the issue resolved. After several text exchanges, I was either ignored or told she would get back to me, which never happened. I would share before-and-after photos if the platform allowed it, as they clearly show the damage caused. Overall, the lack of quality workmanship and poor follow-up made this a very disappointing experience.

November 2019 we had Best Glass come out to our business to replace 2 large window panes and…read moresurrounding frames.  During installation, the owner was not present, and the workers were not working steadily (we have cameras and were checking their progress).  At one point my husband approached them to check the progress, and noticed that the install was very sloppy.  Upon asking the workers about the state of their work, they became defensive, so my husband contacted the owner about our concerns.  The owner was very responsive and came out to check the work.  He agreed that it was not up to standard and stayed to remove the existing work, and help complete the project himself.  We were very happy with the finished product and the owner's commitment to quality. Fast forward just two years, November 2021, one of their window panes had completely split and fractured.  I contacted the company to have them come out to see what may have caused this.  When the workers came out, they could not answer any of my questions nor could they give any reason as to what could have caused the break.  Their response was, 'glass breaks', and that they would be in contact.  A couple days passed and no one called, so I contacted the company.  They said they had no new information for me and that they would have the owner contact me.  A few more days passed and I still did not receive a call.  I called again and spoke with a receptionist, she checked, and quoted me the same price we already paid to fix the one window, and mentioned they had no warranty.  I expressed my concern about the situation, and asked again to have the owner call me. It is now January 2022, and I still have not received a call from the owner or anyone at all from the business about my concerns.  I did not inquire on their warranty (or lack of) for their glass prior to hiring.  Although, this should have been clearly stated as it would have affected our decision to hire.  According to this business, you can hire them, but their product can and will fail for no reason, and they will do nothing to fix it.  As a fellow business owner and customer, I want others to know our experience and the lack of care and communication we've received after having issues with the product.  We must now hire a different company that will stand by their product to fix Best Glass' faulty product.
