Kris was also very honest when there was what I considered a very minor issue with the job, one he could have been less than honest about in the hopes that I wouldn't notice. I'm not a mechanic but I am mechanically inclined and have been a car guys since I got my license over 18 years ago, I hired Kris to help with my ford lightning because I was going thru family court at the time and needed help fixing my truck so I could focus on more important things. I hired him initially to diagnose a electrical issue which to his credit he fixed fairly quickly. I thought he was going to be a good mechanic and he seemed like a nice guy so I had also hired him to fix a head gasket issue on the same truck. Boy was that a mistake. I paid him 2500 initially which is almost what a legitimate shop would have charged. After he pulled the motor, there are mistakes on his part that were one hundred percent his fault. He had to fix his own mistakes and thought that it was ok to charge me for this. This went on for about 4 weeks because he would come and work but leave after an hour. After he wanted more money to fix his own mistakes and flaking another time, I had enough and told him not to come back. He admitted some fault but only refunded me 380 and I ended up giving him 1500 on top of that for his own damn mistakes. Fast forward to today and six months later, I was having issues with burning oil since he "repaired the head gasket" . Me and a friend pulled the heads off last night and we found that the heads weren't torqued properly and he never cleaned the surface of the heads and scratched the crap outta the heads and that's why my number 5 cylinder was filled with oil from his crappy work he did when changing the head gasket. read more

Kris can damn near do anything to your car. Basic maintenance and repairs to wiring and installs. Kris is very personable and knowledgable in his field. His turnaround times are quick and he's very accomadating with his work on your car. Kris did some work on my LS swapped RX7 awhile back. He installed a few parts here and there that I wasn't able to do myself. Some of the work that Kris did that I was really impressed and happy with was when he installed my AIM digital dash and wired up my AC to work with the LS3 AC components. After getting recommendations from a Big name mechanic shop that I'll keep anonymous to replace all 4 break pads and 4 rotors on my 2015 Ford F-150. Kris was 1 out of 5 business's on Yelp that gave me a response/quote within 24 hrs. I did a lil due diligence on Kris's social media and website and saw that he was a certified ASE Master Technician, Ford and BMW factory trained and also gives a 12 month warranty on his work!Kris's quote came in $1k cheaper than the other guy and estimated 2 hrs to do the work. I called him to confirm time and parts to order but he takes care of it with your vin# or license#, less stress for me. Kris came expecting to do 4 break pads and replace 4 rotors. While inspecting existing front pads he showed me it was only down about 50% and rotors are still good, no need to replace. Back pads were due to replace and his honest opinion on back rotors were still good. I can tell Kris is very good and honest at what he does. I definitely recommend Kris to anyone looking for an Excellent Mechanic that's not trying to rip you off. With everything going on and he's so fast I didn't get to take any pics . Don't be quick to judge when you see his work vehicle, But you'll be amazed when he starts working on your vehicle! If you know, you know. I definitely have more projects to schedule with Kris.
