Going home, multiple warning lights was going off, including air bag, brake lights, almost like Christmas tree lights. I started fricking out, and then the driver's side window does not open. I drove home safe and parked in the garage. Later, when I was going out, it was completely dead. I managed to jump start it, and it was fine. Not too long afterwards, it died completely. I normally to go to a mechanic shop but wanted to try something else. I went found on yelp, a mobile mechanic, with high reviews. As usual, yelp algorithm, gives three mechanics, but went to take my chance on Reliable Mobile Mechanic. I got in touch with Branden, and explained my situation. He was able to diagnose the problem, and fixed my car faster than I expected. His rates are very competive, and reasonable. If I went to a brick and motar shop, I would have to pay overhead for their rent, etc...In the end, I am glad, I used Branden, and will use him again for future car repairs. I highly recommend him, he easy to work with, and very customer service oriented.

I called them up and they were able to take me the same day, got it done in a few hours and were able to use my own provided parts. The shop is extremely clean and the bay looks organized, seems they work on many different makes and models. After picking up my car they didn't install the O2 sensors because I didn't need it. The guy at the front went through what the cause was and gave me some tips on preventing it and they didn't even charge me! Car is running great so far. The staff asked for my insurance card and registration, and there's a helpful sign at the front desk listing everything you'll need so you can have it ready while waiting in line. The total cost was $26.96 including tax. After paying, I brought my car up to the curb by the front entrance, where the inspector directed me where to park. My inspector was incredibly friendly, informative, and walked me through the entire process. The whole visit took only about 15 minutes from start to finish. If I could I would give them a 0. 2 and a half years ago, I took my car to Pearl City Auto Works for a brake job. It cost me almost $5k to do it. Now they told me I gotta spend another $2400 to fix the same problem. My other half and I talked business with the owner's daughter Shay Nakamura about the situation and asked certain questions and she couldn't give any feedback to the situation at hand. She tried to give me a discount, but I don't think it was enough, considering I know for a fact they are charging me 3-4x the actual cost for the parts and then will eventually get more money back because of the cores. I text the number they text me with explaining my situation and there were no response. 2 phone numbers they text me from I left a text message, no response.
