    Half Margherita, half supreme
    Vanessa G.

Super chill atmosphere, great service, we got a half Margherita, half supreme pizza and it was great! It's true to the New York thin pizza!

Solid NY style pizza. Thank you for taking my order seriously! Sometimes I just have this craving of tasting a slice of home.

    Delicious foldable slices

The pizza we have been waiting for! Huge foldable slices. Cup pepperoni. Nicely seasoned sauce. Chewy wood-fired crust. Toppings are balanced without being slipping or dry. Not over or under cooked. Unique topping options (chicken parm "grandma's pizza"). Buy one slice or a whole pie! Great for a quick lunch option. Some seating on site, but not a lot. Friendly, helpful staff. Most definitely will be back! We love NY pizza and haven't found one we like, until now!

Canned mushrooms on our fresh locally sourced pizza!

We wanted to support a local establishment, so decided to try this place. It was not the best decision. The staff were courteous and friendly. But the food was NOT what they promised on their website. They claim to use fresh locally produced products and locally sourced dough. So that tells me they don't make their own dough. The pizza sauce was ok and the cheese was nice and thick on the pie, but the rest left a lot to be desired. My 10" pepperoni and Italian sausage pie had 11 tiny pepperonis on it and a small scattering of sausage. My wife's pizza had canned mushrooms on it. The sold-by-the-slice pizza was over an hour out of the oven. I know what cold pizza looks like. And the slice gets thrown into the oven for a few minutes to reheat. But it's a wood fired oven, not a microwave, so there's that! The tables are tall with tall, uncomfortable stools with no footrests, so it's really uncomfortable. The pizza was passable, but not what I expected for the price. The kids working there were more professional than the owner for reasons listed below. I rated them a 2 star on google, but a 1 star here simply because of the response I got from the owner. In past reviews that were critical at other restaurants, the owners have always wanted to make things right or at least took the criticism as a way to get better. But not this place. I was told, "get a life loser!" I included a screenshot of his response. Only leave a good review if you don't want this restaurant owner insulting you and calling you names! Highly unprofessional!

I brought my nephews here a couple Saturdays ago. One nephew commented that the Vodka Brooklyn is the best pizza he has had in Utah.

Food is always hot and fresh. The only problem I have is that they close early or not open on Sundays. Good team and good food overall

The pizza I've tried here has always been so tasty, and it's pretty fast. I love how many options they have.

The people were nice! But the food was awful. I couldn't even finish it. And I'm not very picky, I'm a college student.

Was completely unable to contact them by phone, did not speak English well enough for my sister to communicate in person. Made a call-in order. Was estimated 30-35 mins for pickup and 60 minutes for delivery while creating the order. After submitting the order got a text message estimating ~60 minutes for pick-up. No big deal. Got a follow-up text at 50 minutes saying it should be ready for pickup (10 mins earlier than estimated by the first text message). My sister arrived and subsequently had to wait for about another hour, with her 3 hungry kids, before it was actually ready for pickup (45 minutes later than the latest estimate). She told me that the only individual present said someone had called out for work and so they were behind (which should have been considered in their estimated pick-up time IMO), but their English was such that she wasn't sure whether or not things were being understood. I tried to call their listed number multiple times and went straight to voicemail. I never got a call back. Being quoted 35 minutes when submitting an order and then having to wait 1:45 (exactly triple) with no type of discount or compensation or even an apology is unacceptable. The pizza was fine, about what I expected for the price. Good crust, good marinara. Toppings were not well distributed among the slices -- lumped in the center. Cheesy bread sticks were somewhat plain.

They messed up our order pretty bad, even after we confirmed what pizza we wanted twice. They then forgot the cheese sticks, so those got delivered after the meal. All of our food arrived after people behind us. Even the first wrong pizza. I love the Two Jacks in Provo, but this pizza tastes pretty different. It wasn't as fresh, seemed really heavy on cheese and the crust was quite tough. Overall, it was fine pizza, but not great. Service wasn't great, though they did fix our order. I'd really recommend going to Provo, this Springville location was not it

I'm so disappointed. I had such high hopes.

Maybe on a regular crust I'd expect a little bend, but this is thin crust. This probably explains why I got it so fast.

Simple but so delicious - no complicated menu or multiple sizes, just pick a pizza out of the four choices and grab a drink if you want. Their Red Queen pizza (red sauce, parmesan, fresh mozz, basil, olive oil) was one of the best I've ever had, with perfectly flavorful dough and crispy-but-chewy crusts. I am drooling writing this review and only wish they had a brick-and-mortar so I could visit more often! But Forge Pizzeria is one food truck you'll have to follow around - it's worth it!

Sometimes you'll get it right away, sometimes you'll be waiting for 10 minutes. Be careful when you get a pizza right out of the over--I burnt the top of my mouth sooooo bad. Overall, a great pizza. I'll definitely be getting food here when the food truck comes to my workplace again!
