The toppings are fresh. The crust is chewy good, love it. Folks, this is mouth-watering good pizza. Whenever I'm in Provo, this is where I go. 5* = A top favorite. Mind-blowing good. I will definitely return and I will go out of my way to go here. Worth every dime of my money. 4* = Outstanding. Top-tier. Some elements not quite as good as it gets, but it still is worthy of my regular business. 3* = Good experience. Enjoyed stepping into Two Jacks today. They do a good job of making quality food. The cheese sticks were good, yet they were a little different then I've had in the past. There was some kind of a seasoning that usually is all over the top, that I didn't taste this time. My calzone hit the spot. The biggest obstacle for this location is the space. Stopped in for lunch and got the one of the lunch specials with a side of garlic toast and cheesy bread. The pizza was so yummy! It was filled with so many good toppings and I felt like everything was made fresh. I also really liked the cheesy bread, but the garlic toast was completely devoid of any flavor. It tasted like it was just a plain piece of toast. You order your food at the cashier and then they bring it to your table. The service people were also really kind. The reviews and photos looked great so I decided to give it a go. There are a lot, and I mean a lot of choices for pizza in this town, but with Two Jacks reviews being what they were I had high hopes when I walked through the doors. Price wise a medium one topping wasn't expensive at all. Right around twelve bucks or so. The pizza itself had tons of cheese on it, and good pieces of sausage. But while it smelled wonderful you could just see the grease pooled on top of the cheese like an oil slick. It didn't taste super greasy but I think that was because of the crazy thick chewy dough. I can only think to describe it as well, doughy. It was not really unpleasant but after awhile I started to feel like I was working over a piece of chewing gum. Overall not bad for the price but not really anything special either. I would love to be in my twenties again as a college kid in this town. They also have shops in Springville and Spanish Fork, which I've been told are just as good. The service is quick, even when we bring a crowd, or when the place is packed. The staff treats you like family. The decor is simple, nothing ostentatious, just enough to help you feel like you're at home. One of our friends introduced us to the what has become our favorite in any size - the "Drano Special." It is a fully loaded pizza with all the best you'll ever want as toppings. If there's anything you don't want on top, just ask and poof it's not included. We must have been so excited about digging into our last pizza that I forgot to take a picture. I reserve my 5 star reviews for when I feel very strongly about the food I eat. Two Jacks is one of our favorite pizza places in Utah Valley. Everyone in my family will eat here (which is an amazing feat by itself). Things we love: house salad, ranch dressing, bread sticks, & the pizza. The house salad is simple and perfect. I have had it many times and the lettuce is always fresh. They layer that with a large portion of shredded mozzarella and sprinkle it with croutons. The element that takes it over the top is the ranch dressing. It is house made, thick, and creamy and in the top 2 of best ranch dressings I have ever had. The pizza is exactly what you would hope for from a local pizza joint. The under crust is just the right amount of thin and floppy toward the point. The edge crust is bubbly and has a crisp. The sauce is flavorful and the toppings are obviously quality. We are picky about pizza and for years (after moving to Utah from the Detroit area) lived with a small but lingering disappointment of not being able to find pizza that we loved. I thought I was destined to only have my pizza love satisfied when we visited family. Two Jacks was the first Utah pizza place to resolve this issue. In the years since, we have found a few other gems, but we come back to Two Jacks (despite the 30+ minute drive) again and again. Wow, Never in my 70 years on this earth have I ever gone to such an establishment- Yeah, I can use emojis in my old age - I can't believe they got not just one, but TWO jacks!!! POSITIVES: I've been here a few times now, and without hesitation, I will order their cheese sticks - basically a mini pizza of cheesy bread cut into rectangles. Paired with the marinara, it makes an excellent appetizer. Now, regarding the pizzas themselves, I marvel at the perfection of this dough. Crispy bottom, a perfect leathery layer above that. The top edges are browned perfectly to add additional crisp, but retain its fluffy, enticing interior. Even granny's buttery, old-fashioned loaves have got nothing on this flavor. For toppings, it comes down to preference. I prefer my pizzas to have an abundance, yet harmonious amount of sauce, cheese, and toppings. If that is your preference, Two Jacks has got your back. The decor is simple, yet charming. I adore the entrance, with the seating at a bar/counter next to giant glass windows. It's actually quite brilliant marketing - free advertisement! Their dipping sauces are spectacular, especially the ranch and marinara. Both are thick and flavorful, and are served with generous portions in styrofoam cups, although they do cost extra. I very much appreciate the provided shakers of red pepper flakes and parmesan cheese at each sitting area as well. NEGATIVES: take note, there were a couple things that bothered me, but neither were enough to really dock a star from the rating. #1- there was a pool of grease from our pizza, but that again comes down to preference. I love meaty pizzas. With such comes a hefty amount of grease. However, the taste and texture were hardly influenced in any negative way. It simply didn't look extremely appetizing. #2 - there was a foul smell right next to the drinking fountains that wreaked of onions or body odor, pretty close to the open window/counter where the kitchen is located. I'm not sure whether the smell came from an employee, or if the onion supply is contained directly behind said window, or perhaps it was the table of customers that happened to be sitting at the table nearest. I'm giving the benefit of the doubt, but I would recommend looking into it, as it happened as I passed by twice. PRICE: approx. $7-15 per person. A large 16-inch ranges from $16-25, but can feed 3-4 people easily. RECOMMENDED: definitely the cheese sticks. Any of their pizzas, but I love a simple pepperoni and sausage/bacon. read more

Ordered a pizza over the phone to go and it was really great. I ordered maybe 15 min before stopping by to pick it up and it was ready as soon as I walked in-- How fast! I ordered half BBQ chicken and half Hawaiian. It really hit the spot and tasted higher quality than a lot of other to-go pizza places. I went to Utah for a conference and decided to grab some pizza while we were in town. This place is close to the Marriott Hotel, walking distance no more than a 3 minute walk. The dining room was a little tight so if you have a big party or its busy it might be hard to find a spot to sit, but you could always take the pizza to go. Several of us ordered a variety of different pizzas and also the cheese bread! The pizza was good, and a good size for one person. I got the 10" pizza with pineapple (yes it does belong on pizza!), pepperoni, and jalapeno. The pizza and cheese bread was VERY good. We were even contemplating if the cheese bread was better than the pizza. The staff was super friendly and quick to get our orders out. We had spilled some marinara sauce on accident and the staff was nice enough to give us another side of sauce and a new set of plates.
