As an adult, I keep track of my appointments and dont want to be infantilized. If you don't confirm an appointment by the time they want, they will cancel your slot and make you an 'anytime appointment'. I understand needing a schedule, but I really dont like threats. Additionally, they just didn't show up for an appointment they pestered me about and when i contacted them at 6pm, i got an 'oopsie' reply from a third party person who said i'd be contacted by the office. That was several months ago so.... All in all I just didn't appreciate how I was treated.

I then proceed to ask for an inspection and she tells me she will need me to look over a forum that she will send to me via E-Mail. I give her my email address and hang up the phone and await this forum. An hour later, still no forum. I call back and ask if there was miss communication with the Email address I gave her and she replied, with a rather annoyed tone of voice, "I am sending it right now. It takes me a while to get to the forums, OK?" I apologize and hang up, waiting for the forum. It never came.
