Office/phone staff are professional and have good knowledge of the business and the technicians' schedules, and their timeline promises were always met. Technicians were either friendly and professional, or super friendly and professional. We had rats in the attic, which they were able to resolve with their three-visit plan, which seemed to be at a surprisingly reasonable rate. Better service would be hard to find! New to area and a number of companies were putting me off for a week or more. Been very wet this Spring and critters I've never dealt with before were becoming prolific! Sorry, but when you find things in your dinner all you can do is yell for help! Several companies asked for nearly two bills and couldn't accommodate for over a week and somewhat uncaring in their attitude on the phone. Not acceptable! The girl I spoke with from Adams was very professional and accommodating going above and beyond to find an immediate solution. Serviceman showed up the next afternoon and even contacted the company to work out a better cost for the service. He knew exactly the type of critters I was battling and took care of the property inside and out. I've dealt with a number of notable exterminating companies and even demanded one or two to leave the property. Spoke with Johnny about my next scheduled visit. Explained I had a concern about wasps holding up and might need extra long nozzle to approach them (10 ft high, small hole, near the pool) Johnny lined up a visit for 8:15 am with Lupe (who is one of the best pest control agents I have ever seen) to strategically take it out. Looking forward to seeing Lupe so that our outside area is safe, but more importantly really impressed with Johnny being responsive, taking the lead and notes to set up the appointment the right way. I have happily used this company for over 30 years. And today they went over and beyond for me, and I was SO grateful. I am currently on vacation far from Texas, and my house sitter reported a huge fly infestation inside the house. When I called Adams, their dispatcher was very sweet and agreed to call my house sitter and arrange for someone from Adams to go out to my house and come inside and address the problem. We had a great experience with Adams Exterminating Co. I called for a one time service and they were able to fit me in in just a few days. I got a call on our scheduled day to see if they could come early, but wasn't home. They were able to come by and at my request, graciously put my two dogs up for me so they wouldn't get into anything. He left a note on our bill stating he was unable to put granules in the yard due to the rain, but would come by later and finish that up. I'm grateful they made sure to do it right instead of just throwing it down that day. read more

I can't say anything about Adams Exterminating other than I was very impressed with a young man who was wearing an adams exterminating shirt who found a work notebook and an estimate which happened to have our business address on it somewhere in south Denton and he brought it to us. If this young man is representation of the type of people Adams Exterminating employs, then I would definitely do business with them. He walked me through the specifics of problem areas, wrote out a schematic for program and targets areas. Very kind and answered my questions honestly. I love this company for a lot of reasons. We bought a home last month that had been vacant for quite a few months and we had serious bug problems inside and out. I called Adam's and got ahold of the sweetest lady who really took the time to understand what was going on. She was able to send someone out the next day and when Rick got here I was beyond happy to see someone who could take care of the bugs that I had been freaking out about! He was right on time and very knowledgeable not just about what kind of bugs we were dealing with but also the treatment plan that would work for us without breaking the bank. He was able to take care of our problem in one trip but I was so happy with the service we received I signed up for a quarterly plan. Haha, looks like I'm not the only person who loves Roger (the best pest control technician in the land)! I live in a really old house that backs up to a field, has a crawlspace, and lots of trees, so you can imagine the potential for gross. Luckily Adams is around! I told Roger the first time he came to my house right after I moved in that I better not ever see a flying cockroach. Over a year now and no flying cockroaches. The harsh winter we just had brought another lovely problem for me but Roger took care of it! And I'd specify the problem, but I can't seem to bring myself to type that disgusting three-letter-word. Just know that Roger came to the rescue and I have no more of that disgusting three-letter-word. **SHUDDER** I really don't know how anyone can live in TX without a pest control company like this.
