The bed - heated to perfection with perfectly clean linens and blankets... extremely comfortable! Abby was back once I was ready and my facial began once we addressed my concerns as I chose the "Snatched Custom Facial". She spoke softly, her hands were gentle on my ever so sensitive skin, and she answered every question/concern I had during my session. I've had facials before, but this was hands down one of the best that I've had. Abby went above and beyond after my session was over to ask if I had any other questions for her - which I asked what products she would recommend for me to use to obtain clearer skin. She wrote down many (AFFORDABLE) products that would work with my budget and skin type that she recommends. I did end up purchasing a product from the Beauty Bar, but never once did she push buying any products, and also loved that she gave me options that are within my budget non salon grade. They have reverted to their previous tip policy, cash. They no longer allow you to put the tip on your credit card. In a world where cash is rarely used, I find this inconvenient as I don't usually have cash on hand and when I do, it is less than the amount I would tip so now I need to make a special trip to the ATM and then find 5's and 1's. I understand it costs the salon a bit more to process, but I also feel a top line salon should offer top line service in every aspect, which includes ease of payment and minimizing client inconvenience. I will look into using paypal, but that will also be dependent on the hair stylist having a paypal account as well as their comfort in using it. I am still very happy with the quality of my color, it lasts and does not dry out my hair or quickly fade, even in the Plymouth sun!
