I have been going to Katie at the nail for probably a year and a half almost 2 years and I would never go any place else she is professional the place is immaculate. I was there on a Sunday getting a Manny Petty when a woman came in with no appointment at approximately 6:40 on a Sunday she gracefully told her to pick a color and she would take her next even though she was closing at 6 o'clock. My sister and I came in for a little sister spa day and were blown away! The ladies were so kind and just SO good. I wanted a springy bright mani and fell in love with this blue color. I always get dip powder and got extension tips as well. They did a great job and were super quick. She gave me a super cute little daisy design and I love the way it turned out!! I have gotten so many compliments! My sister got a sky blue with little cloud accents. We will definitely be coming back for our next mani/pedi date! I went to a nail salon for years and the last few times I had a mani/pedi at my former place, I was very disappointed in the way my nails were done. I gave my old establishment maybe 6 tries before searching for another place. I went to 2 other places after that and I was not happy with the way they did my nails either - then I found Beauty Box. Beauty Box sent out a flyer that's how I found them. I was very skeptical because I kept trying places and they weren't working out. The very first time I went there I was super impressed. I have been there several times since and every time I get an awesome manicure and/or pedicure. They also do other things like fake eye lashes and washing eye brows but I have not tried that yet. Made booking online, arrived for my appointment and found the salon closed. They were tearing up the floor and doing construction inside. I was never informed. Appointment had been confirmed online. I got the spa pedicure. Everything was going well until the technician cut my toe. It was bleeding and I had to communicate my concern to my technician several times. She seemed unconcerned and did the second part of my pedicure without gloves which made me very nervous. At my insistence she applied antiseptic a couple times. The pedicure and massage was great but I won't go back and risk getting MRSA. read more

Would like to give this place a good review but can't. They do an amazing job with the manicure but the place is filthy. They use the same washcloth for every client and then wipe down their areas with the same cloth. There was nail clippings stuck in the cloth. The place is also worn out and even the wrist resting pad was torn and filthy. read more

I recently switched to Feel nails and spa, following my long time nail tech who left another pembroke nail salon. I was thoroughly impressed with Feel. It is recently renovated inside and super clean! I loved all the great color choices for summer too! The massage chairs are wonderful for the pedicures and they offer so many different types of pedicures! I also really like that they use liners for the pedicure baths. I would have my nails done by Katie out of a garage if I had to because she is the absolute best, but I was really glad to see that her new salon was beautiful and clean also! I called up today made an appointment for a pedicure. First time and definitely will not be the last. Kelly did my pedicure and it was wonderful. She gave a wonderful massage for my feet and legs as I relaxed in the massage chair and almost fell asleep it was so good. She helped me choose a color and it came out beautiful. I got an infection, this place is dirty and they don't speak any English. I had a trainee working on me and had no clue what she was doing. There is no way she has a license or took any classes, she cut the sides of my nails and pulled up and I have painful hangnails on all my nails, one is so bad it is pussing even after 1-week. There was some color left over and in pointed it out to her and she said it was ok to leave! I had to remove my color at home because it was chipping after a week! They rush you through color selection and want to pick for you. They don't listen to requests to be gentle either. I have been a few times, the 1st time I bleed out from my cuticles and it was painful for a week, thought I would give them another try, never again. read more

This spot is a hidden gem! I was getting my nails done in Boston before moving to Norwell where I stumbled upon Beauty Box Salon. I was so pleasantly surprised when I walked in and had such a great experience! T does an incredible job with her manicures whether its a standard manicure, dip manicure she does it all. She also does waxing and eyelash extension if you're interested. I just had a pedicure from Jolie who was amazing, one of the best pedicures I've ever had! The service is so great, the staff is so friendly and they take their time and don't rush you through your service. I love this spot and highly recommend it! read more
